Utopia Property Management-San Diego

I'm from the east coast and my husband got a job offer in San Diego we couldn't pass up. We'd never been to San Diego and knew nothing about the area. We called Utopia and spoke with one of the assistant managers and she completely saved us! She gave me a run down of the areas and helped me figure out what areas I'd like best. Found a great house that we've been at for 8 months now all thanks to Utopia! :)

I have been looking for a house for 3 weeks and could not find a clean, well kept home. I came across Utopia Managements website and found a varitey of homes. My biggest concern was finding a clean home rent ready. Once I started going to the homes that Utopia Management has to offer I discovered that this company is very professional. I did rent a very nice house in Lakeside and found my experience with the property manager excellent. She was so willing and easy to work with.

I called Utopia to inquire about their management services, the person I spoke with was very pleasant, helpful and very informative. They certainly picked the right person for that position. I decided to try their services and have been very satisfied so far.

I have been nothing but satisfied since I've found them. I just rented another unit from them. My last place the owners moved back into so when i knew this was going to happen I right away went to them for another home. Again the best property management company I've ever worked with.

I have been looking for a condo to rent and found myself getting very frustrated with the process. Once I found a property on line nobody would call me back. Utopia was great they set up my appointment and even waited for me because I was lost. She called me on her cell phone to see where I was and helped me find it. I found this type of customer service rare in this fast pase society.

I live out of the country and I am so happy with Utopia's efforts to rent my property that I felt I should share my experience. When things happen or tenants moveout I have left my condo in their hands to tend to everything. Thanks to email I can always be aware of anything that I need to be. It has been 3 years and I have never thanked the managers and staff for handling everything professionally . This is my way of saying great job keep it up. Sincererly a satisfied home owner!

What makes them so unique from others is that they really go above and beyond to keep you happy. Being a homeowner became very stressful for me when I recevied a job offer out of state. However, after speaking with Utopia Management about their property management services and proceeding with using them to rent out my property, my stress level really reduced. I was able to accept the position in Arizona and have Utopia lease out my property. They were definately what I needed at a moments notice. Thanks for everything!

My fence was damaged from the rain/wind storms we've been having over the last few months. I called Utopia to report it and their staff was very professional, quick in sending a technician out to my property and easy to work with. I was very impressed and enjoy renting through Utopia!!
