Utopia Management Inc team was responsible for the tenancy checkout for my property. They provided a fully detailed report that covered all aspects of the rental. It gave me an informed decision as to what action was needed in order for me to have the property back on the market as soon as possible.

It took several phone calls and e-mails just to get a hold of the agent for the property Melissa. Last week Wednesday she promised to send me pictures of a unit we heard was coming up for lease that was not even listed on their website. A friend told us about it and thought it would be a perfect unit for my mother to live in as it has hardwood floors which would benefit her asthma (only reason she needs to move). I stressed the importance to Melissa that I must have this unit and I will do whatever it takes to rent it. Everyday I called and e-mailed her and never got a response. The following Tuesday comes around, she calls back and asks me to fill out an application online. We fill out the application, we get a call this morning after our credit was ran to be told that the unit had been rented to someone else. I requested a supervisor and spoke to the VP Andrew. He came up with a resolution of refunding my app fee, which he agreed wouldn't make him happy if he was a customer. Sucky!

Team at Utopia Management Inc were friendly, helpful and professional. My property was quickly lease at a good rental. I am very happy will the service I am receiving and would definitely deal with Utopia Management Inc again.

Utopia Management Inc. team is very proactive and actually called me having been a previous customer. If you have rental properties you should give them to Utopia Management Inc.

Their charges are in line with other agencies, but service is usually excellent.

Andrew had been chasing me for a long time saying they could get me great rents for my property so I decided to give Andrew at Utopia Management Inc. a chance. I met with him at the flat he was very professional and knew the area well. He said he would get my flat let in under 2 weeks and I'm very pleased with the job done by him and found the tenants :). I am an owner with 2 year experience with Utopia. My units were vacant for months. Poor service. They do not really care about small owners just multimillion properties and owners. That's what one of the Utopia managers told me. I will not recommend this company to any owner for managment. I am leaving upset. Patricia is good but I think they are all overworked. They are big so they really do not care just watching their bottom line.

This is a simple effective way to manage your own property. I would recommend Utopia Management Inc. to anyone who wants to deal directly with prospective tenants.

The pricing is fair and the service provided makes the job a breeze. I attracted many people to the property and was pleased with the quick response to the queries.

As a property owner, I can say this company screws BOTH the owners AND the tenants. After my tenants moved out, I found damage Eutopia had not noted and the tenants claimed they had done emergency repairs they were never reimbursed for. We both happened to be at the Eutopia office at the same time to discuss the issues with the Property Manager. They actually put us in a private office together and said the PM would be in soon. 30 minutes later, no one had come in to talk to us and I actually saw the PM go to his car and drive away while we waited for him. It was obvious they had put us in the room together on purpose, to hash it out between ourselves, which we finally did. Neither of us was satified with the outcome or Eutopia. This is NOT good business and could potentially be dangerous, if the other person is not rational. I would never advise anyone to do business with this company.
