I am in the Navy and when it came time for me to transfer and find a place to live I had so much trouble because alot of places were not willing to process me with out meeting me first. I needed to sign the lease and have a place to move to without seeing the unit. I found Utopia Management's website and they have alot of choices and varity that I was able to find what I was looking for, did my application online, was approved and everything turned out great

I would recommend Utopia to anyone looking to have their property managed or anyone who needs to rent a place to live.

I was real happy when I rented a house thru Utopia because they were very good about taking care of my maintance needs. I know they had to contact the owner and wait for a response but they did not leave me hanging out there waiting. They have good techs that called me and came out to do the repair so I was not going the weekend without a kitchen sink.

We are currently deployed to Germany and have had our home leased out with Utopia since 2007. Utopia did an excellent job in getting our home re-rented right before the holidays. So far my experience with Utopia has been really good. I was able to search all of their properties and view pictures on their website. Online I found two properties I was interested and was able to view them both over the weekend I was in town. They made the process convenient by allowing me to apply on line and made my relocation from Arizona to San Diego much easier. My manager there is really easy to get along with and I have not had any problems getting a hold of them.

Utopia has been wonderful...I own a pool serviceing Co.I submitted my invoice to the accounting dept girl...she noticed that I had made a mistake in my billing. Instead of not paying the bill at all...like I have expirienced with other companies...she called me right away and we fixed the issue. I had a check within 15 days. It's great working with such efficient folks.

One of the few great companies in San Diego that rent apartments. They have well-maintained properties and charge incredibly fair prices for them. Everyone in their offices is sooo nice and helpful with the entire moving process. It's hard to believe they are such a big company and can still take good care of their tenants.

have been renting a townhome from Utopia Management for 2 years now and decided that it was time I recognized them as a professional and honest company. My reason is that there was a leak that started in the closet. It spread and mold started to grow before I realized it. Utopia jumped into action and got the right people in to remove the wall and take care of the leak and mold. I was thankful that they did'nt blame me for the problem and that they moved quickly and proceeded correctly according to the law. The last place I rented was terrible. Thanks Utopia for cleaning up the mess and restoring my life back to normal

I have been renting out my house for a while with other managment companies. I am now with Utopia Management and I really like the results I am getting from the maintence dept. My tenanats are happy because as soon as there is a problem the maintence dept calls them to fix it. I have an old house and I need things fixed so they don;t cause other problems. The property manager is also very good at what she does.
