Utopia Property Management-San Diego

Utopia acted quickly...I have a three year old boy. He put his little toy truck in the toilet and decided to flush it down. We called Utopia and explained the problem. After a little laugh Juanita had a guy come out right away and get us up and running again...we didn't get our truck back but we learned a valuable lesson. Thanks Utopia

I never really do these review things but for Utopia I am...the reason? I think people should know that Utopia is a really great management Co. My property manager is really nice. She helped me out. Thanks Krista for all your help. I will reccomend you to my buddy who is moving here in Sept. I truly appriciate your understanding.

As an owner of a house that I needed to rent I was worried how to go about doing that. I hired Utopia Management to take care of finding me a tenant. I was so greatful that I had a chance to work with a really thougtful and caring person that could put up with my personally. I had so many issues and worries and after it was rented I was so happy with the tenant she choose that I called her up and thanked her for understanding and all she did for me because my situation was different.

Utopia made my renting experience easy and hassle free! As a student looking for an apartment in San Diego county, it was really convenient to use their website to look at local listings that were within my price range and area of interest. I would recommend their service to anyone looking to rent ANYWHERE in San Diego!

I have had a great experience with Utopia. I am currently moving out of state so I will not be able to rent from them any more but wanted to write a review because they treated me very well. I would and do recommend them to everyone. They were very responsive and if I had any issue the maintenance department would follow up very quickly!

I have been renting a home from Utopia Management for the past two years. We really appreciated all the help we got from the agent who showed us the property and went over our lease with us. Since then all of the maintenance technicians have been very helpful. I appreciate how easy its been to get things fixed when we have needed it.

I really enjoyed working with Utopia managements business development dept...Tammy called me back very quickly and she was very helpful. I did end up signing on with Utopia and they already have 3 perspective applicants. I am very pleased and it is a huge worry off my mind to have them caring for my property

I never do these things but i just wanted to let everyone know that Utopia Management is a really great company to rent from...I had a horrible leak in my bathroom and water was gushing everywhere. I called Utopia and spoke with the maintenance lady there...she had the repair men to my house in less than an hour and they were very nice and clean about everything...thank you Utopia for your promt and spotless service. :-)
