Utopia Property Management-San Diego

As others have said, the monthly statement is a nice touch. I’ve been a renter with utopia since September and have had no issues with them. When i was in the office to sign the lease everyone was very nice and professional. i like that they are a legitimate office with actual staff who will call you back/answer questions, etc. i know people who rent their condo out through utopia and they haven’t had any issues either.

Utopia has been very cool with us. Especially Lydia who helped me out recently when I needed some paperwork and fast. she was easy to work with and friendly. i would recommend Utopia for sure.

I moved into an apartment in October and Utopia made the process quite simple. There was a leak in the shower and Utopia made sure the leak was fixed. Compared to the property managements I have rented with, Utopia has only been the one to make sure an issue was resolved. So far... great experience.

I want to say how pleased I am with Utopia Management. They always address my concerns and respond immediately to any issues I have. I'm in the customer service industry myself, so I really appreciate that they're happy to go the extra mile. I can't imagine anyone being dissatisfied with this company. They have simply been exemplary.

When I had to move to LA for a teaching job I was so upset, I love my downtown condo. I tried to sell the property but with the way prices have dropped I couldn’t get the money I needed. Dealing with Utopia was easy from the beginning and continues to be so. The first person I met at my house was fantastic and gave me great inexpensive ideas to get my place ready to rent. Within days of our meeting my property was advertised. I especially like the video of my property on their website. We were able to rent my place quickly and it has been a huge stress relief having them take care of my place.

We have been happily renting a home from Utopia for 3 years. The community we live in is great, everything is close and the schools are top notch! Utopia Management has been a consistently great property management company. You have always been fair and responsive, and it has been a pleasure working with you.

After living in San Diego and managing my own property for many years it was a very hard decision for me to leave this responsibility in the hands of a Property Manager and move out of the state. Our Manager has treated our property like her own. The transition was seamless our property has stayed occupied with responsible tenants. We have nothing but good things to say about Utopia Management. Each time we visit the area it has not been a problem for us to drive by or even walk through the property and each time we are pleased by how well taken care of our home is. We are even contemplating buying another property and will without a doubt have Utopia Manage!!

Nothing but good things to say about this company! The staff is always very helpful whether in person or over the phone. My maintenance requests have always been answered very quickly as well... I would refer any of my friends or family to this management company!

Over the last three years my wife and I have lived in a house managed by Utopia. They have always been professional and easy to deal with. When we had a maintenance issue at our house they responded right away and fixed the problem quickly. We are very happy with the staff and the service provided by Utopia.
