Utopia Property Management-San Diego

I needed a place to live that was within my budget. I found Utopia Management has a website. It is a great website and very user friendly, no passwords and I can check it as many times as I want very quickly. I also wanted a clean 2 bedroom to rent with fresh paint etc,. I found what I was looking for and everyone that I came across treated me very professionally. I had a great experience

I found a very beautiful condo online and Utopia set up a showing for me on a Sunday. I feel in love and applied online for the property. I started working with another agent and found her to be so helpful and super nice.She was very good at following up and trying to get us approved. The day we were to sign the lease my roomate backed out on me and I felt so bad that I just did'nt know what to do. She was so good and understanding and after all she did for us that I just wanted people to know how professional she was. When I find another roomate I will be calling Utopia Management.

I have been renting a unit from them for a year. First, they took a week to fix a problem with our plumbing, we couldnt use our kitchen sink for a week! Then they tried to charge us for a repair they didn't even do! And they have very RUDE people working there. It took 6 weeks for them to remove the bogus charge from our bill and my property manger was very rude when I called to check on the progress. Finally, they have a stipulation in the lease saying it automatically renews itself after the expiration of the lease. No letter saying its going to happen, no phone call. BAD buisness practices all around.

My job recently required a transfer out of state and I was in need of a property management company. I needed to get my condo rented out fast so I chose Utopia for this. Not only where they able to get my condo rented out for me in a timely manner but the professional service I received was greatly appreciated.

My serch for a place to live was very hard since english is not my 1st language. Utopia always called me back and was very patient with me. I am going to school and did not have a full time job. They worked with me so that I could move into the condo. Other companies did not call me back . This is a very nice, friendly company.

My reason for writing is that I have never had such great service from a company in my life. I rented a townhome for my college bound girls and was in the process of driving down from north LA area on Friday when I received a phone call from Utopia asking if I was still planning on picking up the keys. I had gotten a late start and was not sure if I could get there by 5:00 when they close. I really had no idea what I would do if I did'nt get those keys. She was so nice to me that she gave me her cell phone # and told me to call her if I was going to be late and she would go get the keys for me and meet up with me. Sure enough I hit traffic, I called her and she drove back to the office at 6:00pm to pick up the keys and we finally met up with her at 8:00 that night. She cares about people and that is what makes a company great.

I have been renting from Utopia for the past three years. Whenver I have needed something they have been quick to respond to any emergencies. My manager is very knowledgable and the maintenance staff responds quickly to problems. I recently had a friend of mine move into town. She was able to make appointments for the weekend she was visiting, found a property and was able to do everything else from out of state so she was able to move in as soon as she got here. She was happy with her manager and the staff of Utopia and I was glad I had recommended them. Thanks!

I was new to using Utopia to handle my account. I was having a lot of issues with my invoices and payments. From the first time I called the accounting department. They were so efficient and made sure my account was taken care of. They would fix any issues I was having and call me back in a very timely matter. I have had nothing but good experiences so far and am looking forward to them handling my account much longer!

I was looking for a condo to rent for my college daughters so I called several management companies that had listings of 3 bedrooms. I was shocked to find out that these management companies do not call you back. Utopia Management did return my call and I was able to set up an appointment to see a 3 bedroom near the college for the weekend. We drove down from LA area and met with the weekend gal. We liked the unit and we rented it, I am so glad somebody called us back. Thanks Utopia

What a great company!

I am a new vendor with Utopia Management. I sent in my invoice on tues...I was actually pleasantly suprized to get a check within a week. When I first signed up to be a vendor I thought I wouldn't get a check until 30 days later like most management companies do. This company is very efficient and it's plain to see they get the job done.
