Utopia Property Management-San Diego

I have just recently moved to San Diego from New York and got my first place from Utopia Management. I was very unfamiliar with the San Diego area but thanks to the people at Utopia Management I now have a nice house close to my school and in a good neighborhood. I would really recommend this company to anyone who needs a place.

The REO Department manages over 150 properties for us and we are very pleased with the service we have received. Always kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Calls are always returned in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company.

I use to be a tenant of Utopia Management. While I occupied their property they were very professional and thorough. My rental agent who came to do my final inspection before my move out was very detailed and friendly. She made sure to document everything and take pictures and also informed me of some steps I can take to get more of my deposit back. Even though I do not rent from them anymore I am still satisfied with their services.

My wife and I have taken care of renting out our properties for years on our own and finally decided, with some hesitation to look into property management. After interviewing several other companies we chose Utopia Management. We were very impressed with their knowledge and experience. I am very pleased to say that after managing our properties for several months we know we made the right decision.

I have rent my house in the past but I decided it was time to have a professional rent out my home. I always paid the water and trash and it seemed like the tenants I was finding never lasted. I found Utopia Management and they have been wonderful. For the first time I am actually getting more for my house and the tenants are paying the water and trash. I recommend having a professional take care of renting and I feel Utopia is doing a great job.

I have been renting in and around San Diego for many years now. During this time, I have worked with numerous management companies. They all seemed to have their issues – except for Utopia. I have been extremely happy with their service and when I look for my next place I will definitely use them.

It really is Utopia. On a scale of 1-10 I rate Utopia's customer service a 10. They were very thourough in explaining my lease to me...so I could understand the process. I made an appointment to sogn my lease and they had it promptly ready for me to get started. I would recommend Utopia to my family & friends
