I have been a vendor for Utopia for many years. I have also work for other property management companies and I will tell you Utopia is by far the easiest and most organized to work with. Always very responsive to calls if I have a question about a job to be performed or an estimate I have been sent out on. They make my job easier.

This is the 2nd home i have had with this management team in charge of and found them to be very good on ensuring the property is maintained and our investment is protected. good job my hat goes off to them

Having newborn premature twins is hard enough, but then the heater to our apartment went out . I called the Utopia office to report, they understood my situation & had the heater repair company come out in the middle of night. I greatly appreciate their caring staff for listening and going over & above.

The professionalism at Utopia have exceeded my expectations! The rental industry has been hard hit by the economy and this company has proven that the it's not always about the bottom line. I strongly recommend that if you are considering renting out your home, call Utopia before trying to do it yourself.

One word, AWESOME. I was having alot of financial issues and needed to rent my property ASAP. Utopia came highly recommended to me, so I figured I could give them a try. From the moment I first called I got excellent customer service. From the receptionist being extremely friendly and helpful, to the new business department being so efficient and knowledgeable, to my property manager who is wonderful with communicating and got my place rented so quickly!! I am very happy with my choice to use utopia.

I was worried that my townhome would not rent before I moved out. Utopia was able to find a quailfied person and they moved in 3 days after I moved out. I could not have done this without them. I want people to know that having a management service is the best way to go they can take care of so much like the cleaning etc and I just focused on packing and moving.

I am extremely happy with the service I've gotten from Utopia. I am a property owner and brand new to the rental game, but Krista took the time to explain everything to me in detail and gave great suggestions based on her experience. And, they ended up finding a well qualified renter within just a few days. Which was really nice because I was getting tired of paying mortgage and rent. I can really tell that they care, and am looking forward to a long relationship with them while I rent my condo.

Thanks for renting out my condo so quickly. I am writing this review as a way of saying thanks for doing a great job. I was still living in my condo and Utopia called me to set up appointments and showed up on time and never let my cat out. They were very helpful and I feel very secure that Utopia can handle my condo while I am out of country for the next two years.

I recently purchased a foreclosed home as an investment property. I also needed to find a property management company with the background & experience to handle renovating it & renting it out. I had the pleasure of working with a one of the most enjoyable people I have ever met. Not only did they renovate the home in a timely manner, they kept it within my budget & rented it before the work was completed. Best customer service I have seen in a long time.
