Wasn't 100% sure the oil filters offered for my 2016 Audi S4 were OEM and was assured by the sales associate that they were. Confirmed that when I changed the oil. He also helped me find a OEM dipstick I'd seen (they're not installed on US cars) but couldn't find at the moment of ordering online. My order arrived as expected and everything was as advertised. ECS is on my top shelf of parts provider.

My last inquire for a part that I needed for my half axle for my 2012 Passat SE 2.5L. I spoke with two different Reps about a rubber seal that goes into the torque convertor housing. Both of these individuals told that there was not a rubber seal. So, I proceeded to the dealer which they showed on a screen that actually there is a seal. Your staff members need to be retrained on what they are selling. The part#09G301189 is the rubber seal that fits inside the torque converter housing.

received my schwaben trouble code scanner by foxwell the first week of November and in spite of updating software, have still not been able to do a complete scan of my 2001 BMW. they tell me another software update will fix the problem but I have been waiting almost two weeks and am still waiting.

Needed to make a partial return of an order. Offered very little up and would not help on the shipping cost or getting there corporate rate to send it back. Great selection, but poor customer relations. I would not purchase from them again.
