Great response to requested changes

After one of the items on my order was delayed, it was a kit consisting of multiple parts so it's understandable, I requested that it be taken off of the order and it was done promptly. Have used them before with great success, and they carry some parts that you cannot find anywhere else!

The first order I placed with ECS was for a full set of brakes on my 06 TDI Jetta a year or two ago. When they arrived, the components were damaged. The shipping boxes were in great shape but your company shipped out damaged parts from the warehouse. I immediately returned the items and had to argue with your customer service to get a full refund. I stayed away from your company because of that poor experience but recently needed parts quickly and so I figured I would give it another chance. This time, the air box I received had RMA stickers and inspection tags all over the box. Sounds familiar…. Now, I just talked to customer service about my timing belt order and you guys are once again wasting my time, money and effort. I placed the order over the phone and was told that you needed a part from a supplier and was assured that the timing belt kit would arrive Wednesday. I received an email around 7pm on Tuesday indicating the part was not received and it would ship the next day. Now… I looked at the USPS tracking and it won’t be here until Friday since you shipped it two day when FedEx is a one day delivery to Chicago. Lastly, I spoke with a customer service supervisor and the best he could offer was a $20 credit on a future order along with his comments about the clarity of your receipts. Somehow I got the feeling that I was supposed to be responsible for caching your verbal mistakes in regards to the order timing and shipping method? I wanted a % refund on THIS order. Supposedly, nothing can be done once an order ships. Funny how that works… Just like you are not willing to correct your mistakes on the current order in question, I am no longer willing to be a customer and will make sure to be vocal about avoiding your business as you have asked. I order parts constantly for my race car and am in the industry… 95% of the businesses out there would correct the order in question and not just offer a discount on future business. What incentive do I have to bring more business to you when I don’t have the confidence in your ability to provide quality customer service?

I have ordered many parts from ECS. Their website is very easy to use and they have any part I could ever want for my BMW. Their customer support was amazing. They didn't send a part with my order one time. Within 10 minutes of contacting them, they had shipped the missing part free of charge. I couldn't be more happy with this company!

ECS tuning consistently has the hard to find VW parts AND they have them in stock. The online ordering is a snap, and shipping is extremely fast! They typically have OEM and aftermarket parts so there is a price point for everyone.

ECS Tuning is the best!!! I constantly place huge complicated orders for uncommon, LARGE, or expensive BMW parts and ECS beats everyones prices almost always!! Even "wholesale" from a stealership. Customer service by phone is fantastic (although they are admittedly most knowledgeable about VW cars). I have placed in stock orders after 5:30PM that still made it out same day!!!!!

I love ecs tuning they always have what I need for my vw and their prices are always unbeatable. I live in ny and standard shipping is usually really fast 1-2 days which is awesome. Ive used them multiple times and service is great thanks!
