ECS Tuning

I order from ecs all the time and each time I am completely satisfied with not only the product and prompt shipping but also the knowledge of the staff who doesn't try to sell you the most expensive parts but will offer the lesser and guarantee the same quality. I most recently purchased a new grill and the experience was nothing short of excellent.

I have placed 17 orders in 3 years and the service has been top every single time. I have a European BMW E38 7 series and have been finding very specific parts on ECSTuning website that I have not been able to locate elsewhere. The photos are always very informative and the customer reviews for the parts help too. Of course I have been using the free shipping option for every order. Order processing time and delivery time is always adequate and reliable. All in all the ECSTuning has become my first choice for exclusive parts that are hard to get hold of, especially when it comes to EU model vehicles.

Selection is great, I've only ever had one issue and that was my recent transaction where a part was picked incorrectly for a suspension kit I purchased. Order number 303.609.311 But they provide excellent customer service and the problem was remedied quickly.

My Audi dealer found the parts I needed for me as ECS and they were shipped very promptly. I later discovered I could have saved one or two hundred bucks shopping elsewhere, but I'd rather be in a position to blame my dealer for choosing a supplier badly should that have turned out to be the case. I immediately started receiving ECS emails and the first one revealed a discount for first-time customers, which I was. I emailed ECS about that and was ignored. I will not shop there again. Would you?

I have purchased several things for my car from many sites. ECS is my go to on emergency needs and for nearly all obscure parts needed in an emergency. prices are competitive. Kits well assembled.

They actually phoned me to tell me about an issue with my order that resulted in a delay. Other online retailers probably would have just let it slide and wait for me to contact them saying "Why is my order taking so long?" These guys don't want my money. They want a customer for life, and they got it. If I can get it from them, I will. I'm so genuinely impressed with the service that I just can't shut up about it. Excellent communication, excellent service, and excellent range of products for my E36. Give these guys a try. You will see why I can't rate them highly enough.

Large selection of original equipment parts....If thy don't have it, they will get it. Competitive pricing and good communication when required, usually via email. Would definitely recommend.

I've had nothing but good experiences with ECS Tuning. Shipping is fast, the assembled by ECS kits are great. If you own a German car this is the place to buy parts and accessories. They've always been quick with answering any of my questions. Overall it's been a great experience.
