Ordered some simple plastic retainers for my Porsche battery cover. They arrived damaged and have yet to be replaced after more than 30 days.

Ordered parts for my VW Jetta. They take time and care in packaging everything carefully. My order includes a small washer. Instead of just throwing it in the box and it fall out of a crack in transit, they placed it into another box to ensure its safety. High marks all around.
