Jerrod L. arrived on time and was knowledgeable in all respects. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Jerrod has great customer service skills and hope he will be the technician that comes out for my quarterly pest treatments. Thank you Aptive and Jerrod for the great service. I would highly recommend Aptive as a reputable company with skilled technicians. I am not normally a person that retains services to a company that knocks on my door. However I am glad I made an exception for Aptive.
