Aptive Environmental

Had our first service with Aptive , Danny and Paul sprayed inside and out , they where very professional , very friendly did a good job , but still had ant attacks .

Yesterday Amaro redid the whole house , he was excellent , very thorough , very pleased , excellent work.

I was happy with Rav. He was professional courteous and flexible. I asked him to spray the inside of my house for spiders. He asked me some questions and then did the inside and worked around my housecleaner.

Anthony was so professional, AND also very polite, but the thing that stuck out was how compassionate he was as well. I have a chronic pain condition and wasn't in the best of shape this morning. He expressed his sympathies, spoke in a soft quiet calm voice and told me each step of the way what he was doing and why. We had Aptive out to our home for our first spray. Danny showed up right on time. I love that we did not have to wait around. Danny was professional, courteous, and explained the procedure thoroughly. We can't wait to see the results.

First time customer to Aptive, Service Pro showed up at the gap time that it was scheduled and took the time to explain all the process that he would conduct in his visit. Manuel was extremely professional and helpful. Thank you for the info on addressing the lizard issues at home ��������

I had a rep named Mitch knock on my door as I was on my way out. He was very polite and insisted that he could come back at my convenience. However, we do have a major ant problem at the moment so I scheduled them to come out the following day between 9 and 11am. The next morning Paul arrived exactly at 9am and opened up an invoice then we did a walk through and discussed all the problem areas. He was very professional and courteous. He even went above and beyond by walking through my home looking for random entry points and then setting up traps. My family and I are very satisfied thus far! Thanks Paul! - Mike P.

I have been saying for some time that businesses who use door to door services in this day and age I cannot work with. I work in the technology field so I believe the company will be utilizing out of date technology which will lower service standards. I could not have been more wrong. I was approached by Mike yesterday who was not only respectful, but likeable. I've been fighting a losing battle against the bugs around my house for a year now and was too stubborn to want to hire anyone. I think I spent more on chemicals over the last year than what aptive charges for their service so I was a pushover sale. Danny arrived only two hours later to complete the first treatment. Danny took extra time to make sure I was aware of everything he was taking care of and was a pleasure to work with. The treatment in total only took about an hour but you can tell he was very thorough. With the level of service I have received so far I have no worries that I will not have any future issues.
