Our Aptive professional this time was Joshua Lopez. He arrived within the service window & promptly set to work removing cobwebs & assessing the job. Then sprayed the outside & then the inside around the bathroom & kitchen sink cabinets. He was very professional & upbeat. Great job.

This was our first time using this company and very happy we did. Nick was our technician and he was early, which I appreciated, very professional and answered all my questions on our treatment. The job was done thoroughly and quickly.

Scott was very helpful. I explained to him my concerns with the excessive amounts of spiders that we have been seeing lately and I feel that he performed his job very well. He also gave me some advice on how to deal with rats. Thanks Scott!

I normally don't use pest control companies. But I'm glad I did this time. Just moved from out of state and have had a fair share of spiders already in the past couple of weeks from being here. This was our first appointment with Aptive and Chuck did an amazing job. He was very informative on the product he was going to be using. He also removed all the spider webs from our outside furniture and made sure we did not have any other pest problem before he sprayed. He also explained to us that if we feel like the home needed another spray to contact Aptive and they would be glad to come out and spray again at no charge. Very impressed with the work done today.
