After pointing out how bad the spider webs were this year, Knieviel went about taking care of the problem. He made sure to take extra care around my vegetable garden on the side of the house, which I really appreciated very much. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough in explaining everything he was doing to take care of the pest problem on this extremely hot day. Thanks to Aptive for the great service!

Joshua was at our house today treating all of the outside area mainly for spiders and other critters that have become a huge problem with our changing climate. We discussed my issues, the places that required additional concentration, etc., and he did all I requested. I have used Aptive through 2 different contract lives. Any time I had an issue, it was resolved within days. The staff never attempted to duck contact or responsibility. This is a bad year for pests - it was forecast along with the weather pattern we experienced - unlike our prior Springs and Summers. I feel confident with Aptive because they respond to requests and worries. Joshua was conscientious and kind. My calls and emails are always responded to the next business day - and my calls and emails are not to complain.

Joseph W. arrived as scheduled. This was my first treatment. He asked what my concerns were and was very professional in answering my questions. He told me what he was going to do and he went right to work, removed the old and new wasp nest that was there, spider webs, and spayed, paying special attention to the ants and other bugs, and any trails. Then he came inside, slipped on shoe coverings, if which I was glad he did, and sprayed all concerned areas. He was very polite and professional. Can’t wait for the second treatment and future treatments.

Only been working with Aptive for about 9 months now. Technician does a great job; today David came by and took care normal service and asked if any unusual items to deal with. Experience has been very good.

This was the third of their quarterly visits since we started the service. The tech, David Robles, introduced himself and asked if I had any special pest concerns. He explained what the treatment consisted of and went right to work. When he finished he returned to report what he accomplished and where, including climbing the stairs to reach the back fence at the top of our terraces.
