We needed our network configured after we switched from DSL to high speed at our business, which has 3 buildings. We decided to call True 2 Form. He came down and had us up and running in no time at all. Even had set up so we could flow wireless if needed. He was super friendly, very informative, kept us up on exactly what he was doing step by step, and ran any of his CLEVER ideas past us first. I first seen True 2 Form Computer Repairs ad on Craigslist and decided to call to have my home pc and my laptop worked on. they were running SOOOOOOOO slow. I called Nate and told him what was going on. He said that he would come by and speed things up for me. When he arrived he was very friendly and outgoing. Sometimes you dont know what to expect when you invite a stranger into your home. He made me laugh alot and was very informative, patient (because im a computer idiot) and made me feel comfortable. First he informed me that because my system was running VISTA thats the reason why it was slow. He ran one program and VIOLA, it was fast as lightning. He gave me a step by step walk thru on how to use the program asd well. I have to say, that this was the best experience that i have had yet with a computer tech. Everytime i have taken my system somewhere, I always felt like asking questions frustrated the tech. Ive been talked down to, and many other things, christ im a 65 year old woman. But Nate helped me understand things and was very polite. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!!!

My laptop crashed because of viruses. I called True 2 Form and he came to my home, re-installed XP, all my drivers, re-installed Office 2003, established the POP server information in OUTLOOK so my email would work, Installed an Antivirus Engine to protect my laptop, and all for a ONE FLAT FEE. This was by far WAY MORE THAN I EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED! Thank you so much!!!! Oh...I almost forgot...He also recovered ALL OF THE DATA on my hard drive after wiping it clean for the new install of windows. The man is a genius in my eyes!

I called because my computer was running slow. Everyone computer shop that i called was charging hourly rates, wanted to keep the computer for a few days, I even had one place say my computer wasn't fixable! ( I wont name names) They wanted to charge a diagnostic fee, and basically charge me what it would cost for a new computer just fix mine!!! I called True 2 Form and explained what was happening, he told me, OVER THE PHONE, what was wrong and for a flat rate would come take care of it. Nate came to my house, took a quick look at the performance, did a couple of tweeks, and installed his antivirus, and BOOM he was done inside of an hour. I called this company to come and fix my machine. My system crashed and i was devastated thinking that i lost all my pictures and music and personal data that was stored in my computer FOREVER. He came to my home and for one flat rate, reinstalled windows, and installed this data recovery wizard and retrieved almost everything that I feared i lost!!!! I have had techs make promises before, and not deliver... I have even had these "so called" techs mis diagnose my system and mess it it up even more. TRUE 2 FORM COMPUTER REPAIR ROCKS!!!! If you need your system fixed, optimized, or just protected, CALL THEM!. He even installed Symantech Antivirus for free and I never have to pay a subscription!!! THANKS NATE!!!!

I called True 2 Form Computer repair to come to my home and fix my PC. It was slow, and sometimes i couldn't even get into windows. Nate came over and aside from being the most friendly and humorous I.T. I have ever met, he was in my computer and had it fixed within 30 minutes. this was by far the fastest and best job that has been done for me to date. I have taken my computer and my laptop to places for virus removal in the past, and one time I didnt get my computer back for 5 days! This young man knows exactly what he is doing, and is very friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone. His price is also very economical
