don't usualy write reviews, even if i had a good experience with a buisness. But when I had the pleasure to do buisness with True 2 Form Computer Repair... I simply couldnt help myself. I feel everyone should know how great they are. I'm the kind of person who likes to know what a person is doing on my computer, so I kept asking him what he was doing and he kept telling me exactly what he was doing. Of course I couldn't understand the computer lingo, but it eased me knowing this guy knew exactly what he was doing and knew exactly what had to be done to fix my computer. I have never had such a worry free experience .. and i've had my share of bad computer repair services. Thanks TRUE 2 FORM

Timely, Precise, Low Cost, Rapid Solutions. NATE is adept at identifying problems and finding solutions at a low cost and with rapid turnaround. Also... Professional, courteous, pleasant service! Spent a lot of effort helping to trouble shoot a problem with computer set up. I would highly recommend True 2 Form!

My experience with True 2 Form is always very friendly and always availible anytime and with anything because I know nothing about computers. If I make that phone call, they are always right there to help me and walk me through the process. So I am very thankful that I have him there the help me.

I have a very nice laptop I do a lot of personal work on it. Recentlly it was infected and shut down by a virus. I normally would have a nerd friend fix it, but I did not have the time to find someone to help. So I called the True 2 form computer repair. Nate told me to come in and what the problem was with my limited description of the problem. Nate tried to help me over the phone, to help me save some money, but the laptop was too far gone. I took the laptop in and my Nate made special time to fix the problem to save me the most time. It took Nate less than 24 hours to fix the problem. By noon the next day the Nate called me to tell me it was done. The price was not as bad as I thought it would be for the work. When I got home Nate had installed a lot of Software to help with any future problems. I was overly happy with the work that was done. I really felt like my time was of value to him. Thank you Nate for the great experience.

My computer was junk, or so i thought. I called true 2 form computer repair and was thinking of having them come out to my home and see if it could be salvaged. I seriously am not in the market for a new machine right now. I didnt feel comfortable having someone i didnt know in my home, but that didnt matter to Nate. He walked me thru a few short steps and then all of the sudden he was in my comuter from where he was. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW YOU COULD REMOTE CONNECT! It was so easy and convenient. He sent me and invoice through paypal and i paid with my debit card. He tried to explain what he did to enhance my computers functionality, but im a dummy when it comes to technology. Whatever he did, its running like its new. I will never call another tech!!!

My computer became taken over by viruses after one of my kids downloaded lime wire for music. Next thing you know, my PC is over run, I couldn't do ANYTHING. I call around and come across this ad and decide to call after reading the reviews. Well... I have to say, that I feel that i received everything that all the other people have that wrote reviews here. This is what compelled me to write mine. Nate is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable techs I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! He came to my home, and in about an hour had everything fixed and running smoothly. If I ever have any problems, or know anyone that has any computer problems, I will call or tell them to call Nate @ True 2 Form Computer Repair. This was the best service i have ever received BAR NONE!

I have done business with most of the computer companies here in reno now for a long time. What i can say for sure is this...most computer places try to pull one over on you like an auto mechanic will. You take your system in for a tune up, and they say you need a whole new system. My computer was on its last leg, I called true 2 form after reading some of these reviews, he came out, and I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! He had my system moving like it was suppose to after about an hour. Walked me through what he was doing, IMMUNIZED my system from viruses...THATS RIGHT, I SAID IMMUNIZE and left me with a very satisfied feeling. I didnt feel like I wasted my money, I felt like I should have given more.

I had true 2 Form come and and fix my computer for viruses. I had that annoying fake antivirus stuff killing my computer. every time i would click on something , it would say that the file was infected and ask me to pay for their software. I was annoyed to all hell. Nate came by at our scheduled time, installed one program to hunt for the virus, it found it, and then he removed it. then he installed another one that he promised would immunize my system. Well its been 3 months and my system is still running like a new system!!! He delivers!!! Not only that, but while he was here, he walked me through all kinds of little tricks on programs that i use the most, like office and photoshop. Not only does he know what he is doing with the computer, the man is fluent in software too. You can tell he TRULY loves what he does. He is patient and understanding to the fact that we dont know as much as he does, and makes sure that i didnt feel like an imbecile. He is a teacher and a good one. PLEASE CALL HIM IF YOURE IN NEED....YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!!!

I called Nate @ True 2 Form Computer Repair a few days ago to come to my home in Minden. I have 5 computers and 2 laptops running in the home. What I needed was someone to come to my home, and create a wireless network where all my computers could talk to each other thru the network, and communicate to muy bluray tv sets through out the house as well. He came by, created a home group network, set up access points, made sure everything communicated thru DHCP ( whatever the hell that means) and had the whole house up and running in about 2 hours. What he charged me was SUBSTANTIALLY LESS than what charter wanted for the same work. MAN DOES HE KNOW WHAT THE HELL HE IS DOING!!!! If you dont call him for whatever your computer needs are, not only are you missing out, your breaking the bank PERIOD!!!!!!!!

My computer crashed...i called true 2 form and he came out, had me up and running and all my data recovered!!! What more can you ask for! He charges a flat rate, and delivers what he promises!!! ENOUGH SAID!
