My name is Julie, I found this ad here and decided to try them out. I usually do not bother writing reviews, but the experience was by far the best I have encountered. I am one of those, "if its electronic, I will probably ruin it" types so needless to say i have used quite a few TV, and computer repair companies. For some reason my laptop was on, but wouldnt display anything. I could eject the cd drive, see the wifi light flashing and everything. This had me SUPER FRUSTRATED as i am a student and need this for my school work. i called and and talked to Nate and he said could be anything. I agreed to have him come take a look. When he showed up... took one look and said with a chuckle.. "watch this" pressed a couple of keys and BAM, it was working again. He showed me on my keyboard there are symbols, numbers, letter etc. in a light blue, and showed me that when you hold the FN key and hit anyone of these keys it does something :) so apparently i made the display go into sleep mode on accident and it could only be woken up by this method. He refused payment , but i insisted. So what he what he did was stick around for about an hour and half and taught me all kinds of useful stuff with the programs i use for school. Now i i do things about 10x faster because of NATE. He is the first tech to really make me feel like I mattered.

I called Linear Computers after seeing how many 5 star reviews they have. Called talked to Nate, he came by almost right away and made my computer run like i just bought it. I think what i liked most about the experience was his ability to walk me through things he was doing in a way easy to understand. I have had other techs that always seem to make me feel like the question i asked was to simple for the to answer or something. Customer service is 5 star all the way!!!!

Since the economy fell out from underneath us, its been hard just to maintain a decent lifestyle these days. I about freaked out when our computer just stopped working. EVERYTHING WAS THERE!!!! OUR LIFE. Well after looking around, calling for prices, we were surprised to find that most computer repair places wouldnt even give you a general price for service based on your description of the issue and then lure you down there only to discover that you have pay diagnostic, and repair. OR, they would be just outrageously high on the hourly. When me and Jim came across linear computer solutions, the fact that he was a D.o.D employee instantly offered us a little security and we decided to call with flat rates being the selling point. Nate came by the same day, was here about 4 hours, got us up and running, made it faster than ever, didn't charge us extra for the optimization of windows, showed us we were loaded with viruses, fixed that for no extra charge, and didn't even mind that we both hovered over his shoulder the whole asking questions. He is the POSTER BOY for perfect customer service. On top of all of that said that we had free tech support as long as we remain customers. My husband flat out said that his our computer will only be brought to him from now on. That is the first time i can remember feeling like I.., THE CUSTOMER..... was important and my needs as a customer were the primary purpose form the job. I asked why someone with his type of skills charges so little. This is my favorite right here.....



Obtaining a new customer that becomes a loyal one, to me, is all the payment ever needed :)



At linear, you are the priority the customer, and that alone made me give him a 50 dollar tip. LINEAR, NATE, YOU HAVE NEW CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called linear about slow performance, viruses etc... nate came by a couple of hours after we spoke, was here about 2 hours but when he was done.... LET ME TELL YOU!!! My computer was running like lightning and he gave me a walk thru on how to use the programs he installed. All of this while not making me have buyers remorse :) Call LINEAR if you have a problem, it will get done right

I called thier ad off craigs list, nate came by, repaired my machine, went easy on my pocket, and gives me free tech support! CALL THEM IF YOU WANT EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I saw their ad at first on craigslist , so i was kind of skeptical. In the ad it said, read the reviews here, so i came here and was amazed at the amount of 5 star reviews. I called them up and got the owner on the phone NATE. i told him that my computer was getting all these annoying pop ups and norton wasnt blocking it, plus it was saying everything i would click on was infected and this web page would pop up and show me i had thousands of viruses.. Nate told me that he could remove the virus and then install software that would keep them out all from the comfort of his office. And to be honest i liked that cuz my house was a little messy. He gave me a login and then with my permission he was able to move thru my machine, install stuff, remove stuff and VIOLA IT WAS FIXED!!!! I am so grateful there is an honest company out there that does exactly what they promise. All for a price that made me really happy!!!!

Everything about this companies, service and tech work is top notch!!!! I needed help setting up a home server. I thought that i was going to have to buy a media serve from bet but. I called True 2 Form, and Nate came to my home. He laughed and said. "let me show you how easy this will be." Nate took my main pc, and made it into the host computer for my network. I have 6 computers in the home. Next thing i know, my entire network was visible from all the computers and the files we shared!!! it was so fast i was surprised!!!! Thanks

Called Nate because my computer would freeze when logging in. He came by did a few tweeks, cleaned up my registry, and it was running as good as new, and all for a price that would blow your mind...THANKS!!!! I am recommending True 2 Form Computer Repair to all my friends, and anyone who needs help!!!

i recently bought a new hp laptop. I set up a wireless router in my home so i could route internet to my desktop thru the Ethernet, and of course you my laptop to roam. i spent 3 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH HP TECH SUPPORT!!! Nothing, they did nothing for me. We decided to call Nate at True 2 Form Computer Repair. Let me tell you, this young man cam by and within seconds realized that I had everything wired wrong. Rewired it, showed me how to turn the wireless on inside the router, installed everything and was done in minutes!!!! He is one of the funniest, coolest, most friendly service techs by far!!!! thanks Nate!!!!

I don't know much about computers, just that I need mine for staying in touch with family and at times for letters and email at work. Somethings been wrong with my computer, and it hasn't been working for weeks. I Called Nate at True 2 Form, he came by that day, fixed it in 20 minutes, explained that i had a virus, and installed some software that will immunize my system or my money back!!!! How can you beat that? I've brought my computer to Best Buy for repair, waited weeks and paid hundreds of dollars, it's nice to see there are still some companies there aren't trying to squeeze every penny out of you they can. I recommend this company and will be telling my friends about it.
