I was so happy to get my new Dell Inspiron with the new Windows 7. I haven't bought a PC in ages and braced for the worst when I called up this tech support place since I always hear horror stories with service companies in general. Well, I'm writing this review b/c i couldn't have been happier with Nate @ True 2 Form Computer Repair. He copied over my old PC files, set up the new Windows 7 PC, had incredible patience to tweak the new PC to my liking and even jotted down several tips and reminders for doing stuff like printing, emailing, etc. I am forever grateful for this refreshingly different PC service repair and am thus providing my gratitude.

had my new Dell desktop arrive at my home, and although I thought it would be an easy setup, I didn't have the foggyest in transfering over my files and setting up my Outlook. So, I called the True 2 Form and he came out to my apartment and set up my new computer with everything transferred and set up. He also gave me a tutorial on my new Windows 7 and quick shortcuts to make my life easier. Forever grateful!

I called, had a virus. Nate came by, fixed the problem, and taught me how to keep it fixed. His price was outstanding! What more could you ask for

When I started having problems with my PC I looked through the Yellow Pages. I saw many that said "Free Estimate*" and if you look at the fine print next to the asterisk, it says the estimate is only free if you continue with the repair. When I saw the ad for True 2 Form, there was no asterisk so I called. Nate answered the phone and I asked him if there was a catch for the "free estimate". He laughed and asked what kind of catch? True 2 Form is truly free, whether you have him do the repairs or not. I did allow Nate to do the repairs because his price was so reasonable, and he backs up his work. One of the repairs he made was replacing the CD RW. I didn't use it for about a week but when I did, it wasn't reading the disks. Nate came back quickly and replaced it without any further charge.



Then, my computer fell victim to the virus that "My Space" had. My computer was a mess, and totally unusable. nate worked on my computer for over three hours, but was unable to fix it. He did not charge me anything. Fortunately, he had made an "image" of what my computer was when he repaired it the first time, so he took my computer back to his office, put the "image" back in, and now my computer works fine. I won't say how much he charged, but I will say that he was much more than reasonable.



Nate is in the business to make money, but more important to him is his reputation. He is very honest and you can trust that he will not tell you that you need something if you don't. His prices are very reasonable. He does the work quickly so you are not without your computer for a long period of time. You will not have any problems reaching him - if you have to leave a message he will return your call within a reasonable amount of time, and he backs up his work.



I will never let anyone else work on my computer, and I firmly believe that if you try him you will feel the same way.

All i can say is....You need to call if something is wrong or you just want to upgrade. Really, Nate was a pleasure to be around. He is very informative and i was pleased with his service 100% Thanks Nate

One day, after long hours of work, my hard drive crashed and I was extremely devastated....all my information was lost. We took it to some computer "experts" and were informed that all information was completely lost and couldn't be restored. The only hope was to spend a load of money for an ATTEMPT at data recovery. My company's IT guy then looked at other options and happily, he found True 2 form computer repair on craigs list and decided to see what he was about! Not only did they recover 90% of my hard drive, but he was timely, professional, and pretty well-priced! I have been extremely happy with my service at True 2 Form Computer repair!! I was having problems with my old laptop and everywhere else wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to have it fixed, but Nate fixed it for the cheapest rate on the market and He fixed my laptop instantaneously!!
