Excellent service, fast, and easy. Would recommend and use again

From the booking process to the rental car return, this location was a dream to deal with. I could not have asked for more courteous, prompt, helpful service. The cars I had hoped to get were all out, but they got me into something equally nice if not better within my rental range. Cannot recommend this Enterprise location strongly enough! It's unfortunate another reviewer held this company personally responsible for the lack of airport signage, which is outside of their control, because they really went the extra mile to make us comfortable and happy.

This facility was great. They expedite the check-in process by assisting you to check in electronically. You're then provided a slip to go down a level to pick up your car. The process was quick & easy. The car was what we expected and the return process was also very quick. No hidden charges here.

I had a great experience with a recent car rental. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, questions were answered with confidence, which is something I look for in customer service people. I booked through my hotel and received an excellent price!! check out and returning were quick with minimal delay!! I will definitely rent from here in the future!

Great customer service! After debacle with the competition, Enterprise rep Ben saw our frustration and took care of us professionally and we got a good price on the rental. Should have chosen Enterprise to start!

I was NOT happy with service this time. Guy upstairs told me one thing, guy downstairs Refused to give me car I was told I could have, then check out guy told me a manager would call me and didnt. I got lost coming back to return car bc no signs. Made me late for my plane. The only nice person was the young guy I returned car to was helpful to me.

Please do as you say. Keep your promises.

My family and I traveled to the southwest for business and pleasure. We flew into Phoenix and were met with very pleasant service. We got our choice of vehicles in our category and received a very clean and well-kept vehicle. We drove to Las Vegas for the second leg of our trip also received exceptional customer service as we dropped off our vehicle. The rep drove us to our hotel and would not accept an extra tip for his extra service. He was very knowledgeable of the area and offered us some great tips for meals and family entertainment. We will continue to use Enterprise for all travels in the future and will highly recommend this company. One minor drawback was there was no vehicle manual available in our vehicle. It was not a major issue but could have been helpful since we were driving an unfamiliar vehicle.

For the most part, exceptional service. The desk clerks were a bit unprofessional regarding how they acted in front of other customers when they thought nobody was looking. Tried to downgrade but couldn't. Great vehicle but just a but much for a two day trip. The Check out staff in the garage were phenomenal tho!!
