First National Moving and Storage

Truly a five star company! My move took place in a very short notice from Indianapolis to Florida. I literally gave first national one week notice and was skeptical on whether or not it can even be done in a professional manner with such little time to plan dispatch and work with John . I also researched a few other companies and yes, everyone has the good and the bed but I guess altogether they had the least amount of complaints and the better ratings out of the few that I researched. When the guys did show up, everything went smooth. My items were disassembled and wrapped nicely, it was a full packing job so the tedious process of packing dishes and miscellaneous things was all up to them and it was done professionally and the guys really seem like they cared. They didn't just throw all random items into a box and shut it, they actually organized and labeled the boxes.Altogether they did a stellar job and I would recommend first national to anyone who is planning on moving.

First National Moving and Storage did a great job with our move! It's the first move (out of 3) that we didn't have any missing or broken items. The working crew was respectful and cheerful. They were careful not to bang walls or ceilings. They were prompt to arrive on time too! I would recommend this company to anyone who is getting ready to move!

I had to write this review because my move went very well. It didn't start off good for me because I did not want to even move but family comes first so I had no choice. I have lived in my home for 18 years and have acquired a lot of things that are important to me so the company I choose had to offer full pack and I wanted them to have a family feel.



When I first talked to Micheal I knew that he was different . He paid very close attention to everything and made me feel comfortable. He reviewed and re-reviewed everything for me... So I was ready to move and get this company here. I did everything I was suppose to do before they showed up but wow when they got here they moved so fast you would think I only had a one bedroom house. They had me packed and out of the house in five hours..



So I arrived to my new home and within a week my things arrived. The delivery team was just as helpful as the pickup team. They had me moved into my new home in a flash and I felt comfortabl

I have to move very often because of my job, so I know how difficult and nervous this process is. Something is always going wrong! I hired First National Moving and Storage because my friend recommended them, and I was really surprised that my move was so great and smooth! I didn't expect that! My moving team was fast and handled everything with care. They were very professional and didn't waste time making the move cost more. Their customer support was so nice and polite, she contacted me before pick up and after delivery. Great company! I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company! I was so stressed about moving but when the team of 3 arrived they explained me how the whole process would be and I felt more comfortable. They were polite and friendly, listened to what I asked them to do, and were careful with my belongings. They did a wonderful job, thank you!

I called first national after hearing from my cousin who used their services. I wasn't disappointed, especially since this was my first independent moving to a place closer to my job. Nothing went missing so I was super relieved. The transition was over in a day (but then again, short distance). Price was reasonable. The moving guys were also very polite and helpful.

Great moving experience and based on my personal experiences, I would definitely recommend their services! Very detail oriented, attentive, and professional in all that they do. Their workers reflect the professionalism that they adhere to. The entire moving process from setting up the appointment to the actual moving day were very hassle free and everything was moved successfully in one piece. Would definitely recommend them!

The First National moving and storage Movers were very kind to me, very attenptive and carefull with my stuff. They did all the service very fast and always with a special look over my fragil objects. The price was quite fair and the following was very precise.Now i wont need to move for a while but i´m sure, the next time i need a service like this they will be my first call.

I knew when I took my new job offer about a year ago that moving periodically was in the package. So I just completed my first cross country move and I can honesty say, it went flawless because of First National Moving and Storage.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. SMOKING IN HOUSE, FRAUDULENT CHARGES, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.



Where to start with this, I was doing a military move from WV to NC. Unfortunately I was not in WV at the time to arrange the move, I was away for some training that month and left my wife to manage it. She began the booking process with an estimated 500 cu ft space. On pickup they said we have 750 cu ft, got caught smoking in my house, and when confronted by my wife, they said "why are you complaining like a baby" (I was away for military unfortunately). On delivery, our stuff was in 500 cu ft (NOT 750) in-between other peoples stuff on a truck (I was in the middle). I have video of the driver saying it was only 500 cu ft. They fraudulently charged 250 extra cu ft. I filed a claim 26 may, and have heard NOTHING from the company. I called to confirm they had the claim, and all they told me was yes, nothing else. I also had to follow them to get weight tickets they were supposed to provide.
