First National Moving and Storage

We paid around $2000 to move from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania and booked out dates one month in advance. However they never delivered our items and keep postponing it, it is going to be one week later, god only knows if they will deliver it.



Their delivery dispatch team is vert impolite and made my wife cry. How can no longer trust any review site in these times.

Once in a while, you get served well. When such things happen, you should be grateful. I always insist on giving thanks where due, and this is one of the circumstances where I am compelled to do so. After the efficient relocation services, I received last weekend courtesy of First National Moving and Storage, I will be unfair not to be grateful. Many appreciations to them and may they continue with the good work. Be sure to have me in your list of loyal clienteles. You actually deserve more than appreciations. It was all perfect, and I will tell my friends about it. I recommend them; no doubts.

It is good to know people. People who can be there for you when you need them most. People like the First National Moving and Storage crew. This team consist of well-mannered staff who are also hardworking. They will always do anything just to see a smile on the face of their clients. I have observed this three times. The first time, they skipped lunch just to ensure that the job was done in time. On the second relocation, they sacrificed their good night sleep just to ensure that they get to my former residence in good time. Last week when my sister was relocating, the driver opted to chip in and help the servicemen in order for us to clear in real time. All these show how good they are, and that is why I love them.

Just give them this one chance; if they mess up, you leave. My wife kept convincing me. A friend of hers had installed it in her mind that this was the best relocation company in town. She is an adventurous woman, and so she likes new experiences. She was not going to let this one slip by. Not at any cost. That is why she insisted on me hiring them out. I had to honour her wish, in the long run. I have never regretted doing so in as much as I was pressurised to do so. The relocation turned out to be so amazing and full of fun. The time taken was quite commendable. Within a short period, they were done.

It was nice having them around. I enjoyed every single bit of the relocation process. They knew which buttons to press on me, and it worked out. I don’t know who told them I would have loved it that way. If they figured it out on their own, I would salute them. The entire crew was excellent especially the driver. He was so friendly. We kept talking and telling stories during the relocation. I was too much indulged in storytelling that I did not even notice them finish the packing and loading. When they told they were done, it came as a surprise

I am retired military and have moved nearly a dozen times during my career. I hired this company to move my mother from FL to GA. First National ranks among the top 5% of all the moving experiences I have had. From start to finish they were professionalAND clearly concerned about protecting my mother's household goods.The dispatcher, kept me in the loop about when to expect delivery, even as my delivery date had to change on my end because of unforeseen circumstances. And one more thing -- there was damage to a lamp,even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap and blankets.Hey, after having moved a dozen times myself, I know these things happen. But, even though we carried the minimum insurance against breakage(we would have been reimbursed about $15), this company offered us $100! (I did not take their offer because I was so pleased with their work from start to finish, and would have felt like I was being unfair to take the money).Would I use this carrier again?Without a doubt I would.

People say a lot of bad things about moving but in my opinion, moving could be interesting with the right movers. This is my first time moving and I guess I chose well. I choose First National Moving and Storage after my searches online and believe me, I have never seen movers work like they did. These guys parked and moved the stuff, working energetically and they made my move excellent at record time. I recommend them to anyone seeking an excellent moving experience.

I had to move my mom long-distance (from DC to Colorado) and work full-time while raising a family. I had no time to do the sifting, sorting, disposing, and donation of items in order to make this move happen. We hired First National Moving and Storage to come in and work with mom getting things packed; their representative also oversaw the movers the day of the move. This move would not have done been successful without his help. The crew he sent out the day of the move was respectful and made my mom feel comfortable with them in the house. The delivery crew was the same way, and we were completely satisfied. I would use First National Moving and storage again and recommend them to anyone.

We hired a moving company to relocate us from TX to FL. I was nervous because I have always moved myself, but that was just when I was switching neighborhoods not states. I spoke with Luis from First National about moving and he answered all my questions and made me comfortable. So, I did it! I scheduled the move. They came to my home, packed up everything and within two weeks I was moving into my new home in Florida. It all went pretty smoothly. We had a few issues with price and the timing of our delivery but the customer service reps and the dispatcher Mary all worked very closely with me to have everything fixed and the shipment arrived without a hitch. I would recommend them to my friends and family and if you knew me at all, that's saying a lot!
