- Dr. Moheban (or Dr. Dan) received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in 1996. After college, Dr. Moheban spent three years conducting research at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. He then went on to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2003. During that time, Dr. Moheban also worked at Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals studying dental sealants. Dr. Moheban completed his post-doctoral training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and Mott Children's Health Center/Hurley Medical Center in Flint, MI in 2005.Since then, Dr. Moheban has been practicing pediatric dentistry in the state of Massachusetts. Dr. Moheban has also taken numerous continuing education courses to stay current with the latest advances in dentistry. He has studied extensively in the areas of oral bacterial management and caries (cavity) prevention, early treatment of orthodontic problems, and treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMD) in children, adolescents and young adults.Dr. Moheban is board certified and is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and Massachusetts Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

They are great with the kids and the office is very kid friendly with video games ,books,games for kids to play while the wait and in the exam room when there waiting for xrays,or to see the "DR.Dan"ect. there are video games and other things to keep kids occupied!
they are very good with children and get a "treat bag" at the end! if you have problems getting your child to the dentist this is the best place to take them!!!!

Provided by Doctor.comMy children have been with Dr Moheban for about 3 years. Hes the first dentist that my kids acually enjoy coming to! He always makes sure they are comfortable and aware of everything hes doing. His is staff is wonderful. i hope to always stay with Dr.Moheban.

Provided by Doctor.comWe love all the hydenists and Doctors here. They make the children feel comfortable. There is no feeling of judgement when they have a cavity, and the process of filling the cavities at followup appointments are a breeze. Best dental experience around, hands down.
