Windows are fantastic and really complement my home. I shopped and shopped and shopped some more and then had majic come out to give me thier "pitch". I was impressed! These guys know there stuff! They made a couple of recommendations for how I should do the work, when and how I could save the most money. Thanks Majic, I will be recommending you to all my friends and family!

The product is superior with fiberglass construction and the glass is great since it will not allow heat or sound.
The bad part is, they do not get the windows built right the first time. I had to have 6 out of 11 windows fixed after install. 1 had to be done twice. The customer service is not good at all with no call back and leaving messages rather than actually speaking to someone. I would recommend the product for the final quality, but it is painful to get it done right. I am sure this happens a lot and this is why the service department is so busy. Beware before you buy to ask lots of questions about the service and if the get the windows done right the first time.

Very Happy with the product (Windows) and the professionalism of the office. Not only did the heating bills go down, but my electric bill also from running the air in the summer. The salesman was wonderful and very informative on why to chose fiberglass over vinyl. We went with oak finish on the inside and they are beautiful. The installers were very polite and were done in one day. If i had to recommend a window company it would be Majic Window every time.

I recently had blown in insulation from majic window. The installer Steve and his help did a great job! They were extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone else! I'm really happy with the choice I made to go with majic window. I have noticed that my furnace doesn't work nearly as hard as it used to. Very happy with the overall experience!

Had insulation put in my attic last week and the difference is amazing! The salesman really knew his stuff. The installer was great, tarps and a vacuum goes a long way!

I am extremely happy with my decision to use Majic Window for all of my home renovation needs. My salesman, Steve Goralski, was extremely professional, informative, and made me feel confident in my decision to go with this company. I absolutely love my windows and door! The installation went smoothly and everything looks amazing! We did have an issue with the crank handle on one of our windows, but Jamie and Tom from the service department were very helpful with getting that replaced. Since then, we have had no issues and very pleased! I have and will continue to recommend Majic Window to anyone needing some renovations done.

I would give less than one star if I could. They randomly knocked on my door and offered to give me a quote for my front door. They sent a salesman out the next day and he spent 3 hours at my house to quote a door and had to call the manufacturer 6 times to get product information.

I ended up agreeing to the door and was told 10 weeks to install.
2 days later, he calls asking form my credit card number even though contract stated same as cash for 6 months from install date. Then he calls back 2 hours later saying he was sorry but he did not include the door frame with my door so price would have to go up by $1,100. Their contract clearly states frame to be replaced and even specifies a the woodgrain and color.

Addendum: I had called 3 times asking for a manager and a guy just called back saying he was a "sales trainer" and basically said that the contract that they use allows for 3 days to change your mind and that the 3 days applies to them as a company as well. He stated that they were choosing not to honor their contractual commitment based on the 3 day clause. He also stated that their low ratings were because they don't "pay someone" to clean up their reviews.

My advice, avoid them as they only care about the sale. This is obviously a company with integrity issues.
