I'm no stranger to consignment shops and have consigned at high-end shops in both Boston and NYC. I brought a large amount of new and "like new" brand-name and designer items to consign here, all of them in current fashion; not one item was more than a year old; each item was meticulously inspected, hung and steamed, because I know what sells and what a consignment shop worth it's salt is looking for. Having recently moved to the suburbs, I thought I'd give this shop a try - BIG MISTAKE! For starters, the manager was ridiculously rude. She was unpersonable, gruff and uncommunicative. Getting answers to basic questions regarding her policies was like pulling teeth. She began my appointment by ripping my garments bags. Not cheap plastic bags like you get at the dry cleaners, mind you -- real, zippered garment bags! She then proceeded to throw my items on the ground and verbally trash them, stating they were "no good" or "junk"... I hardly think a $1300 genuine Burburry purse is "junk"! While all this was going on, I decided to look around: nearly all of the "high end" labels she claims to carry are KNOCK OFFS. D&G? Knock off! Kate Spade? Knock off! KNock off, after knock, off, after knock off! I was appauled by the number of knock offs she had in her store and decided then I wasn't going to give her my business. I asked for my items back and she just shoved them at me from over the counter. When I asked for my hangers back too (I guess she thought she was keeping them), I half expected her to throw them at my head she was so angry! Don't waste your time or your money shopping/consigning here. I hate to bad mouth a small business (especially in this economy) but all you'll get here is a bad attitude and cheap knock offs.
This store has great fashionable clothes, shoes, accessories and at great prices.
I love it and tell all my friends about it also.

The owner was cold and stiff when posed with questions. Very defensive. Offering mix is OK-not great quality, but not the worst. A bit pricey for what you get. Will not return.
