Pass It On Consignment

The store set up to me feels institutional. They need more color. I did not see anything to rave about. It feels like a mall store.Many people myself included shop at consignment shops to avoid the mall shops/department stores. The owner is a fashionista wannabee who says that everyone wears silver jewelry. No other consignment shops

that I have consulted with seem to agree with this. I don't know where she gets her information. She only carries silver for this reason.

Pass It On Consignment is one of my go-to shops because of the quality clothes and accessories, reasonable prices, and most-importantly, the warm, courtesy and professional sales person - Donna. The shop has an energy that allows me to browse in a relaxed manner, and Donna reinforces that feeling with her welcoming manner, her enthusiasm when I've made a 'good pairing', and her overall great service. This shop is definitely worth a try!

This is my new favorite consignment shop! I popped in here the other day as I stopped to buy a coffee next door. I was really impressed by the selection! I got a pair of brand new Chicos jeans (still had the original store price tag on them where they had been marked down from $89!) for $14.50, a Banana Republic cardigan for $13 and a pair of Clark's shoes in perfect condition for $15! My mother found a beautiful sterling silver bracelet for $10. Of course, we happened to hit the sales just right as a couple of the items had been discounted (the bracelet and the shoes) but we're very happy with our purchases. And we only stopped to get a cup of coffee! I'll definitely tell my friends about this place!

I have been shopping at this store they opened their first store in Holden several years ago. The new store in West Boylston has lots more space and way better parking while offering the same high-quality clothing and accessories for less...now there's just more to choose from! I always find something new to add to my wardrobe there

I love this store. I go to allot of consignment shops and this is the Primo Best. The clothes are always in mint condition. I can dress in all name brands on my budget. The store always has a great assortment and I can always easily find my size. Clean, smells nicely and is organized. The girls are always so helpful. I am a regular there

Owner is very nice and takes good quality items form her clients. Very pleasant to customers when I am there. Hi end pocketbooks are expensive, but she says she must please clients and customer..I go to store regulary......

love love love this place!!! I always get great items at great prices. Store is always clean and organized....very friendly shopping atmopsphere...check in weekly to see whats new or on sale.... :)

I would NEVER go back here nor spend any money here. I have told all my consignment shop friends and they will never go here either. I went into this shop just passing through the other day and as soon as I walked through the door this old grumpy lady said to me "I just want you to know I close at 5:00." Not a hello...how are you, nothing!! It was clear she didn't want the business. Then another lady came in to sell her stuff and all this grumpy old lady could continue to say very loud was how she couldn't believe how this lady came in at the time she did because she closes at 5:00! Many of my friends and I are junkies for the many, many consignment shops out there. With this kind of extremely rude customer service she won't get my business and I have already spread the word. Quite frankly the merchandise she had wasn't that great either and I could get much better prices and deals elsewhere with great excellent customer service. If you want to shop at a store with an attitude that matched the less than quality and prices of the merchandise be sure to go here!
