Kool Smiles

There needs to be more than one doctor. And more than one hygienist on duty.

Our family of 6 goes to Kool Smiles in DC. They have a smooth flowing system and have given us quality care and service. There is usually a wait of about 20 minutes between waiting room and getting started on the care. (The TV, which plays cartoons is very loud and makes it hard to be productive when you wait.) They are accommodating if you have emergencies and they are very good with kids.

Better than my last visit

Thank you Kool Smiles for making my children comfortable. This was our first visit and it was very pleasant and fast.

I had a wonderful experience. The hygienist was gentle but thorough. I received so many complements on my gleaming white teeth. They had a shortage in staff that day, but still manage to squeeze me in. I was looking for a dentist in the DC area and now I have one. THANK GOD FOR GREAT SERVICE

My children and I have been with Kool Smiles for the past few years and we love there service. They work in a timely manner and keep you informed about any delays, cancellations, or problems.

Love the convenience of the location. I was the last person on the list to be seen and was running late but I bought it to there attention ahead of time and my boys was able to be seen.(not saying that it will happen every time)They are friendly, kind and respectful and make the kids feel wonderful, taking away that fear of the dentist. Love this location and will return in the future. I want to thank them for being patient and understanding. Can't forget that everything can be done at one location.

My kids always have a great time at Koolsmiles. The staff is very pleasant. The Hygienist and the doctor are very informative during the visit too. I will continue to take my kids to Koolsmiles because my kids love it..
