Kool Smiles

I was there at 4:05 and didn't leave until 515 so you tell me how that went and my appointment was at 415 poor wait time and when I went in the back I had to wait 20 minutes to see a doctor

Worst dental experience ever. People please be advised that when you make an appointment with kool smiles, you're making an appointment to waste your time. They press you to come 15 minutes early but are ALWAYS running an entire hour behind. Mind you they don't have enough staff for the people with appointment.

Not the best of experience for me or my 16 year old son. Our appointment was scheduled at 4:15 I was emailed pre-registration paperwork stating that if filled out in advance he would be seen quicker.this is so not true my son was called to the back at 5:02 and didn't actually see a dentist til 5:30. Clearly they over booked and the staff was less than helpful.

Great experience for my daughter she always enjoys herself at kool smiles.

My sons have been coming to Kool Smiles for the last three years, and I have always received outstanding service. All the employees are very professional and helpful. The environment is child friendly and the staff whom work with your child have a great understanding of child development. The staff informs you what they are doing and are very patient answering any questions you may have. I will continue to bring my children to Kool Smiles because of the friendly environment and customer care my children receive. A five star establishment please to not let sterotypical thinking prevent you from visiting a wonderful facility and people

Had a very good experience with Kook Smiles. It was my daughter's first visit to the dentist and she allowed the hygienist to brush and floss her teeth with no crying. She also let the dentist look in her mouth. So it was a great experience and the staff was very kid friendly. Thanks you Kool Smiles for the great experience.

We having been coming here for years with my 2 children the staff is very pleasant they really take there time with the children and talk them through what they are going to do

The staff was very fast and pleasant. The hygienist was very good with my 3 year old daughter.
