Loved it!!!! This was our families first visit and we were a little apprehensive about it because who really likes going to the dentist? Anyway, they exceeded the expectation. Everyone, and I mean every one was exceptionally professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk were a pleasure to deal with. Andrew and the other young lady who initially assisted us were AWESOME!!!. To top it off the office was running behind but we were still in and out in a timely manner considering the number of patients seen. Simply put this office is delightful, professional and I would highly recommend it to other families. Keep up the great work!!!!

I took my son for an appointment here on 3/3/17. He was getting a cap put on a cavity. From past experiences he has been traumatized about going to the dentist and as soon at he laid back in the chair he started losing it. The staff was super patient and understanding with my son. they explained every step and tool that they were using and made him feel at ease again. During the procedure they were reassuring and gentle with him. He did not even cry or yelp out AT ALL. This is making me think that his previous dentist had not used the proper amount of the numbing agent as he shrieked in pain during that whole procedure. I would really like to thank Dr. O and Ketra for providing a positive experience for me and my son going to a dentist office. I feel they have undone the negative association he felt before. YOU GUYS ARE FREAKING AWESOME. And if you guys remember us my name is Robert and my sons name is Eli. Again. Thank you guys.

Hey guys, it's Leticia. I have not been there in years and I can say that the office has stepped there game up. The front desk was the bomb. They were all greeting everyone, and even made there way to the lobby to bring me my paper work, Go Jasmine, and my Dental Assistant was so professional, go Mahi. See y'all next time. ����

Friendly & professional staff. My daughter have been going to this location since she was 2 and I have never had a major issue with this location. My daughter loves going to the dentist. Happy kid = Happy parent.

My child had a great experience at the Hechinger mall location, it looks like they have new management. I was welcomed by the manager I think his name was bryan whom was very nice.
then I got the chance to meet another lady in the back named Natalia who was also very pleasant and helpful. the staff was very professional and everyone knew what they were doing.
all of my questions were answered and everyone treated me & my child with respect.
I really loved the place and most likely will recommend it to my friends and family!!!

The team in Kool Smiles is just wonderful. My 3 year old daughter had such an amazing experience on her first visit. The hygienist are awesome Ms. Wanda! The staff are very pleasant from the front desk to the back staff. I would definitely recommend this office. Bryan and Natacha made me feel very welcome. Great Job!

I will NEVER be returning back to Kool Smiles . The services is TERRIBLE and the staff "believe" that it is okay to treat customers like crap. I made and confirmed an appointment for 1:30, arrived at 1:20 just to be told rudely that I had a 1 p.m. appointment. I was rudely told that I had to try walking in another day, since they only see adults in the morning. I left and called the call center and they apologize and made me another point for 3 p.m. Again, I drove back to the dentist, just to be denied service AGAIN.
The front desk girl was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very belittling tone.When I came back for the 2nd time, the lady raised her voice at me and said " I told you the first time we only see adults in the morning as walk-ins". and told her that someone made me an appointment and she responded, "well its our policy". I ask okay show me where this policy is written so I can read it myself, and she said " I DON'T KNOW, ITS OUR POLICY". I ask for a manager and she said no manager would be in until Monday. Today is Thursday, I would hope that they would NEVER leave such inhospitable staff alone.
I have never been treated so badly EVER in my life. I turn 21, less than a month ago and did not know that meant I am unable to be seen by their dentist. I drove 3 hours for this appointment just to be denied service not once, but TWICE. NEVER AGAIN.
There is a lot more negative things that had occurred, all of which are very disturbing.

My experience was frustrating. The oringinal location for my son's appt ended up being cancelled bc the doctor went out of the country. I ended up settling for a much earlier appt than I wanted on the same day at the DC location. I was hesitant, but ny son needed his checkup. His appt was at 8:45a. I filled out paperwork so right at 8:45 it was complete. The play area is where I sat to watch him play. The equipment needs to be updated and/ or cleaned. The urine odor was so strong we moved. Still waiting at this point... Now it's after 945a before he's called. The hygienist was very nice and it took a few mins for her to check his teeth which are in great shape she said. Now back to waiting on the doctor and now at this point it's 10:20-10:30am. The doctor was very nice, but her evaluation took maybe 2mins to complete and then we were officially done, but needed to wait on paperwork. Overrall the wait time was horrible and it was not a good morning.

The staff at this location is so friendly and professional which is why I chose to take my daughter there although it's not near my home. I had an emergency dental issue over the holidays and they were courteous enough to take care of me and provide me with expert information. I'm so grateful for their generosity...especially Dr. SCOTT and her assistants. Thanks for being great health professionals.

Shavon Hubbard was excellent!!!!! Her service was amazing. I went in to get my son's teeth clean and she assist him wonderfully. I was unsure about going but she made the visit great. Thank you again Shavon and DR.
