Real Property Management Rincon on Tanque Verde Road has been by far the worst leasing agency I've ever been through. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. Everything is okay whenever they want something done but as soon as the tenant has an issue , it's their way or the highway basically. I am highly disappointed.

I have used Real Property Management Rincon as my property manager on a rental home I have in Tucson, AZ. I have been very pleased with their efficient and timely handling of the property. I believe the tenant is pleased with the service they have received also. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and records are kept accurately. They perform quarterly inspections of the property and keep me up to date. They have many knowledgable agents and I've received great service from them. I would recommend them as competent property managers.

Have had a tremendous experience and they handle all the aspects of managing my property collecting funds sending me checks and maintenance is worry free. Living in Chicago and having property in Arizona and working with real property management makes things very easy.
