Advantage Air Mechanical

Not sure what the previous poster is talking about but I had a fantastic experience. They came out to service my home's A/C and Heating system and they did a very thorough and exceptional job. The service technician and the dispatcher communicated clearly before they had come out and the technician was very prompt. The technician conducted a full system tune-up and gave me a quote on several items that should be cleaned to avoid future damage and break-downs and before I had authorized the technician to do the repairs I called three other companies to compare pricing and they were spot on. The technician was great, the pricing was great and the service was exceptional. Very happy and would recommend them to all persons in need of a/c or heating services.

These guys are terrible. We had them out to diagnose and repair our AC unit and not only did they misdiagnose the problem and 'repair' the wrong thing, they charged us a pretty penny for a job that didn't solve the problem. A day after they came and 'repaired' the unit it broke down again. Furthermore, they wouldn't come remedy the situation after repeated phone calls. This outfit is terrible. Avoid them at all costs!

Advantage Air Mechanical is great to work with. Their Service Associates are great and very professional. At my restaurant we had an ice machine and a oven hood cooler unit go down and their Service man looked at it and in a matter of 30 minutes he had a full detailed report on what needed to be done to get the unit working, and another bid to help me save on my electricity bill. He physically showed me which parts were old and needed to be replaced such as a starting component for the compressor. They really do make sure their customers are taken care of!

Just a couple days ago my a/c unit on my house was serviced. I was ever so happy with the service man. Very professional and very upfront about prices and I am just all around pleased with Advantage Air!! :)

I had Advantage Air come and conduct a service on my three air conditioning systems and my two swamp coolers. I was very happy with the service they did for me, it was awesome! I cant believe how friendly they were over the phone and in person. The service man showed me ways i can save money and keep my electricity costs down! I will never go to another company for my heat and cool services. They were very professional!

I will have to say I received the best Service from Advantage Air Mechanical. I was amazed at the quality and more importantly amazed at the promptness.

I would personally recommend this company for all types of air conditioning works.

I have both a home here in Tucson as well as a business and I was grateful to see a company who does both residential and commercial.
