I had some health problems tho and so while at my mothers went to see my doctor there. I was so afraid that I had brain damage from my head injury, from the accident that didn't show up until that late... I actually had an MRI done and everything came back OK. So I was relived that it was not anything to worry about. I also had severe headaches for about 2 1/2 weeks... they eventually cleared up and the doctor thinks I had a virus or something that caused the bad headaches. altho they were the same kind I had after my accident. So anyway point of story.... I wanted to say Thank you to Kristal Stephensen and everyone at Craig Swapp so much for waiting and making sure all the stuff that may come up from my injury was taken care of and I was OK before moving forward with my case. It can take a long time to be sure, and I know that now. .. even if it took me so long to get the message to you. THANKS!!!

I have been in awe with the success craig swapp gave me. Start to finish it took 8 months to finish and receive my settlement. My accident was aug 6,2011. February 2,2012 was my surgery. Craig Swapp has been extremely helpful in our case. I've recommended them to a family friend that was injured, and i wouldn't recommend anyone else. They were very quick on their response to send their agent Kenny out. he immediately set us up with Peterson Chiropractic, who also have a standard above any other care that we have received. Cindy Rhodes has kept in constant contact with us through out our claim. Even if it is just catching up to make sure my family and I are doing ok. I personally recommend them to anyone and everyone who has been injured in an accident.

I called these guys 3 times today (Sunday) and all I got was a BS run around. They told me someone would call me in 2 hours but no one did. And when I just tried calling again, they basically told me to deal with it and hung up on me. They are unprofessional and a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! They are pathetic and shouldn't be in business. They don't care about helping anyone
