A bankruptcy is a very scary, stressful time and they helped us navigate and ultimately get through a rough time. Amy Stocking, and Ron Glines are the epitome on professionalism and were always there for us with any questions and concerns. They made things so much easier!

Unfortunatly auto accidents happen, and when your out of state your auto has been totaled and you have injuries you look for help. My first call to an Auto Accident Attourney was answered by a young lady (possibly receptionist) who advised me to don't settle for six months and if your still hurting after that call me back!! REALLY. So i did some asking around and the young lady at the tow yard where our auto was impounded recomended Craig Swapp &Associates, i gave them a call and the next day i had an appointment with Derek Sanders who came to our Motorhome where we were staying took all the information regarding the accident and assured us that they were in control and that someone would be in contact with us shortly. Since that October meeting we have been in contact weekly with Venessa Price weather it be e-mails or phone conversation she has pointed us in the right direction, you could say she has been our liaison to all the unknowns. There are so many challenges with an auto accident, especially when the insurance company of the person that hit me is denying that there is coverage. From my inital meeting with Joel to my conversations with Jessica Osborne, who has been assigned my case, I feel as though they are there to make sure that I am taken care of. BEST BANKRUPTCY LAWYER IN UTAH!!!! After getting a couple of judgements, my wife & I decided to call around & see if anyone could help us, we had numerous fliers from different lawyers in Utah & Salt Lake Counties after calling a few & getting no wheres. I called Craig Swapp & Associates, the receptionist was very helpful & understanding. She told me she would try to find someone who could call me back that day, after about 30 minutes since I had called, she called me back & said Greg could call me later that day. Greg called & listened to what I was explaining to him & answered all my questions, I got off that call already feeling relieved. After coming up with part of the money, I went to sign the paperwork met Brittany, who was very informed & answered all of my questions with a smile.
