Happy Endings In-Home Pet Euthanasia

Having to make the decision to put your dog down is never an easy one but Dr. Fixler made this very difficult situation the best it could be. He told us what he was doing every step of the way and what to expect. He had such respect for my dog's body after his passing which was something you don't see with every Doctor who performs this service. This is never an easy situation to be in but Dr. Fixler made it a very peaceful passing for my dog in the comfort of his own home. I would highly recommend Dr. Fixler for at home euthanasia for your loved pet.

I did not want to lose my beloved cat of almost 14 years, but knew her quality of life had ceased to be positive. What I dreaded though was putting her in the hated crate and taking her in the hated car to the hated vet...the thought of her last moments being stressful didn't seem all that humane. I found Dr Fixler/Happy Endings and I believe their home service gave my cat the most humane and peaceful exit. Many thanks to Dr Fixler, Alicia and Ruth for giving my Cabo kitty a fitting, comfortable peaceful ending..

We cannot thank Dr. Fixler & team enough for the compassion and care they showed to us during a difficult time. When we had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog Finch, instead of a cold metal vet table, Finch was able to pass peacefully in his home, on his pillow, with his family by his side. Dr. Fixler's attentiveness during the process was so helpful and appreciated. It was if he was saying goodbye to his own pet. We cannot recommend him enough!!!

During what is a terribly difficult time, Michael and Alicia were very compassionate, patient, and caring. I cannot recommend their service highly enough.



They made what is generally an extremely stressful procedure calm and peaceful for everyone.

After much fear and hesitancy, we said good-bye to our 12 year old German Shepherd Lucy today. I was so scared for her (and us), but this was the most peaceful passing of my four-legged friend I could ever have imagined. Dr. Mike Fixler eloquently and compassionately helped our Lucy with the last gift we could give her. It was peaceful, pain free and in the only home Lucy had ever known. I will always be grateful. What a wonderful service Dr. Michael and Alicia Fixler provide to us animal lovers! Totally at your service from the first phone call to the actual euthansia, they are kind, gentle and compassionate about this most difficult decision. We had an immediate connection with them because of their warm "bedside" manner.



This is a difficult, stressful and emotional time for the entire family, but it was so much better to have the procedure done in our own home when our dog Macallan's time was up, after the cancer returned. Dr. Fixler and Alicia kept talking, even though sometimes we could not, explaining what will happen. And they gave us private time with no interference too. It became a shared experience that honored our dog.



We appreciated not having to do this personal goodbye with strangers in a cold, sterile environment. Our Mac was the best dog ever, and we felt like Dr. Fixler and Alicia could feel that too. Mac deserved this special at-home treatment. He gave us 13 good years and we will remember him always. Even this last memory can be a good one.

I cannot say enough about Dr Fixler and Alicia. They were wonderful in our time of need. We were unware of their practice until the morning of making the decision to put our 15 year old german shephard to sleep. Their compassion and empathy made a difficult situation as comfortable as it could be. We will definitely call them when their services are needed again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
