I have been an owner in a community that is currently managed by APM. In the 8 years that I have lived here, 2 other management companies have terminated their contract with our community. APM was hired a year and a half ago and had a lot to clean up. I must say that I am very impressed with the level of service they provide as well as the communication that is sent to the homeowners. Every time I call, I get professional responses and their staff is always helpful.

Another great HOA Management company. Tom and Trent run a good company, and all the contacts I've had with them have been pleasant. They run the community where I live, and I've never had a single complaint. They listen to homeowner's concerns and address them immediately. They interface very well with their board of directors and liason smoothly with any and all vendors. Kudos to you guys!

I moved into my house a couple of months ago and I couldn't be happier with the board, the manager, and the management company. The board is very active and informative. The manager always answers the phone and returns emails promptly. The management company is very proactive and is quick to inform the community of anything going on around our community. I'm so pleased to be living in a community that is managed by Associated Property Management. I have lived in a couple HOA's and up until this community, they were all horribly managed. It seemed like the board's never stood a chance because the management companies would put them so far behind. My new community looks beautiful and they have already started planning for the winter lawns. I recommend that if you're looking for a new home, choose one in a community managed by Associated Property Management.
