Associated Property Management

APM has been the property management company of my previous community for over 12 years. As a previous board member, I've had the opportunity to work with a few property managers at APM. We have had our issues but we were able to work through them. They worked with us to find the best fit property manager to help manage our distressed community. Our community has come a long way in the last 10 years and we have APM to thank for that.

Their receptionist is pleasant & helpful! I know it's not her job to know everything about everything so I appreciate her listening to my whining! I've had several different experiences with varying HOA management company's across the valley & APM is by far the friendliest & timeliest of them all! Thank you APM for being amazing!

This is a superior, customer oriented property management company. They have a superb team, and have never failed to call, or to have someone come out when we need them regardless of the time of day. During my time in Arizona, I've dealt with many management companies, and APM gets my vote every time.

I can not say enough good things about APM. Since they took over our community it has been a complete positive turnaround. Getting in touch with our manager and accounting department could not be easier. Best management company we have ever had. So glad we switched to them!

Our community manager Kevin is always responsive and gets things done. I am not on the board, but the staff seems to be responsive to my requests.

I am currently the President of our HOA and have been working with APM for about 1.5 years. One of our former board members who was also a past president and was voted out of office only after a couple of months as president has written a couple of negative comments regarding APM. She speaks out of both sides of her mouth and does not know what she is talking about. Prior to APM becoming our management company, the other management company gave us 30 days notice because of the actions of this board member. They could not deal with what she was doing and demanding them to do. My experience with APM has been nothing but positive. They are responsive to our needs. I call our property manager at least 4 to 5 times a week to discuss issues and check on results. They are our management company and I expect them to get the bids we need for major projects and they do. APM has been criticized by this former board member for only doing business with their friends. APM is in a position to know who does good work and what companies not to deal with as they have many different associations they deal with. I expect them to provide us with bids from the best and they do that. I am a volunteer and don't have all the time in the world to seek out bids. APM works for us and that is their job and they do it well. I am happy to be associated with APM and know they will continue to do a good job for us.

I recommend that if you're looking for a new home, choose one in a community managed by Associated Property Management.
