Bob did a outstanding job, fixing all the problems in my C.P.U. tower. Bob is the nicest

person, you will ever have to meet. He goes above and beyond, to fix my computer.

He will go thur the problems you are having and explain them, as he works on them. His prices are great and reasonable. He does not fool around, He is all business.

He seem like family. In closing, I would like to say that I found a computer that knows

the business, and would refer him to friends of mine. I would give him 5 STARS, and

two thumbs up. Thank You Bob, for being there when my computer broke down. You

have a friend for life. FOR ALL MY COMPUTER NEEDS I WOULD GO TO ABSOLUTE COMPUTER SERVICE.

Bob was very prompt, and most helpful. He fixed our problems and explained every detail even in terms I could understand, Most of all, since I am on a fixed budget, he worked with me so that I could afford the upgrades without having to buy a new system.

I had Absolute Computers come to my house for a puzzling Mac wireless problem which Bob solved in no time. He ever gave me a temporary modem free until I could get around to replacing my Apple wireless router. Did I say this was on Sunday and he said he could be over in a few hours? I am very happy with this service and would recommend him to any one needing service on a PC or MAc, especially if it is an odd time like a weekend or evening.

Excellent service. Reliable and knowlegeable, If you are computer illiterate like me, then make this your number one computer service.

Very conscientious about staying on top of the updates and contacting you to schedule a time to perform updates to your computer. Important to have a happy customer…works very hard to make sure work is to your satisfaction.

Absolute Computer Services really saved the day without making me feel like I was at their mercy! Fixed my computer charging port PLUS cleaned up my system and added some enhancements/protection for the price I was originally quoted. Never happens. I would not be afraid to take the other FIVE laptops I have to Bob for tuneups and/or repairs. His service was quick and pleasant. He even came to my office to pick up my laptop to begin with and that in itself made it happen because I had been procrastinating for months! Thank you Bob.

I have been using Bob for 3 years now and have been completely satisfied. He was originally hired to clean up my computer after it crashed from a virus attack. He not only fixed the problem but showed me a way to preserve my information in case it ever happened again. Well it did........6 months later, but this time the fix was simple and faster. Didn't lose a thing.

I also complained about the speed of my computer even though I was connected to a high speed service. He diagnosed the problem, and made a recommendation to improve the performance of my computer. WOW !!!!!! what a difference now and it was relatively inexpensive. Forget ROADRUNNER and all those other high speed fixes, just call Bob.

Just the other day I received a pop up message about my virus protection. I didn't have to call Bob, He called me, the same day, to warn me about this problem. He came the next day and staightened it out in minutes. It is obvious he looks out for his customers and takes care of them long after the service is completed.

Bob Norman upgraded our computer and the service was great. Bob is very knowledgable and does what he says he is going to do. I would give him 5 stars.
