I have a business that needed some remote support for a kiosk in Kissimmee, Florida and tried about a dozen calls (including GS, etc.) to get someone's help. Bob answered his phone, put someone on it the same day and kept me posted throughout the repair. A technician drove to the site, spent time on diagnosis and worked toward a repair. Turned out it was a problem at the facility instead of our equipment, and I blew five hours of technician time, but in the great scheme of things, it was money well spent and I'll keep Absolute on my list. Business customers should have this guy in their eCard file.
