I purchased a car from them and received excellent service. The car needed new front tires and an O2 sensor replaced. Work was done before I picked up the car, also drove the car to my house for me. Thanks for the great service.

These guys are the best. I had been taking my car to places all around CT,, and not one place could figure out what was wrong with it. I had taken it to at least six different places until coming to Computech. Within a day of my car arriving at their facility, they had diagnosed the problem. Although it was a big job, they fixed it in half the time it would have normally taken. The prices here are cheap and well worth getting your car fixed the right way, the first time. I highly recommend this garage. The staff are extremely friendly and keep you up to date on the progress of your repair and they wont try to sell you parts you don’t need. The best mechanic around!!! Talk about honest, good quality work. Compu-Tech is a great company. I drive an older, high-milage vehicle and they help keep her running and in great condition. When life happens, they are quick to help and offer a piece of mind knowing that my car is in good hands. I rely on my vehicle 100% and they make it possible for me to be back on the road as soon as possible. Weather it is dropping it off before work, getting a loaner vehicle, or making special arrangements, they definitely work with you and your needs.



I would never trust my vehicle to another shop. I made that mistake once out of convenience and never again will that happen. Compu-Techs prices are unbeatable and the service provided is priceless. When I say honest work, I mean it.

Computech's service is excellent and they act in a professional manner. They towed my car to be repaired, and because I am unable to drive, my car was returned to me. I had a problem with my car a few days later because it isn't being driven, and the gentlemen came back and fixed the problem at no additional charge. He also advised me about selling my car. I highly recommend this company.

A $500 job at the dealership became a $300 job that was less then estimated. I saved alot of money and i felt i could trust them. Would recommend and will return.

Wow...I have never been in a shop as well run. Real professionals, who really know what they are doing. They take quality and service to a whole new level. By far the best shop in the norwich area.

I went there for the first time a few weeks ago and they did excellent work on my Hyundai. Gary Jr gave me great advice and delivered early. I will definitely return.

Want your car repaired in a timely manner? Don't go to computech, we are now approaching three weeks they've had my car and the outlook doesn't look good. I had to go in and physically talk to someone about my car because they never returned my calls. I've had three transmissions put into my mazda within the past 4 months through them because the transmissions they're putting in are junk! Then they have the nerve to make me pay for transcooling lines when they are part of the transmission and should be covered under warranty, telling me if I don't replace them and they cause the tranny to break we'd have to pay for the new tranny because the warrany would be void.



Overall, don't recommend them. Please go somewhere else, don't learn the hard way like my husband and I. We're definitly taking action against them.



As far as the star rating, if zero stars were an option that would be mine.

I went in with a transmission issue and Gary Jr. explained all my options available to me which smith brothers and aamco did not. I chose to go with one of their transmissions that have a 3 year warranty, the service is unmatched. I will also def go back and use there auto repair dept for my regular service.

Great service and fair prices. The best in the area.
