My Computer Works

This company is the best! I can't remember the first mans name (Sorry), but he worked for two hours until closing on my computer. This morning Crystal worked for another four hours painstakingly removing virus and malware problems. She explained everything in terms that I could understand and was extremely helpful! My computer is back and I didn't lose anything.....these people are awesome!

you only take cards for fixing laptops and idk how much u charge to fix broken screens on laptops or if you charge for backing up your laptop so when its being fixed you dont lose your stuff or if you do how much that is ontop of everything would be nice if you could pay different ways than just cards

where is this place located how much do they charge for fixing broken screens on laptops? do they also charge for backing up your stuff so you dont lose your stuff when their fixing it ?

This laptop repair shop rocks! I would like to commend the technical people here who put much effort to repair my laptop lcd.

I wouldn't trust any other company with my computer. They are so polite, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and needs. They even trained me how to use my computer!! I recommend them to everyone!

Called these guys to see if they do repairs on flash drives. I understand it might be hard to find a place that does that. But the rep that picked up was rude. When I asked if they did repairs on flash drives he simply stated "No we dont" and then hung up on me!!! Why would you immediately just hang up on someone like that???

MCW has the best techs, they are very knowledgeable and I trust them to fix my wayward computer. Crystal is superb and explains things so I can understand the lingo, she comes down to my level, and that's close to the bottom. Great job MCW!

I am a Realtor/Property Manager so my computer is the life line of my business. The service that My Computer Works provides is invaluable to me. I have been with them for over 10 years now and the service just keeps getting better. My computer has to be healthy so I can't do without this service. They recently told me I could just call once a month to have them go through things to do preventative stuff - didn't occur to me to do that - I only called when I was having problems. I will be calling once a month now! I highly recommend this company and tell people about them every chance I get.

What I like about My Computer Works it that with all the nastiness running rampant on the net if my PC catches a bug I can be sure that these folks will take care of the problem.
