If you are looking for a place to visit when it comes to your computer repair needs, look no further. This is definitely the place to be. The repair guy here is awesome.

Called the 877-511-9805 number. Explaining the problem, the sales rep go ticked with me and hung up mid-sentence in anger. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back. Trying to explain that which was happening and the second guy hung up on me. No third try for them. TERRIBLE customer relations.

I love this repair shop simply because they don't price their services that much. The people here are experts at what they do and that's enough for me to recommend them.

No doubt about the expertise of the people working here. Very great office with courteous staffs. And the repairman is really good.

They were no help at all. They do not replace screens on laptops and couldn't help with my PC. I wonder what they do!

Not once were they ever unprofessional with me. I have read all the reviews and I think to judge a company because the phone line disconnected isn't an accurate way to perceive their ability. They were AMAZING. The tech was so incredibly nice and very easy to understand... didn't feel dumb once! I recommend them highly!

This company is absolutely not a scam. Best one I have ever used. The tech was local and helped me tremendously. I got back to work within an hour and they truly helped me!

My first call was answered then immediately disconnected. I called back and left a message.Did not even bother to return my call. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional.

If I were to give this computer repair center a rating, it would probably be five out of five stars! No doubt about that! They got it all here.

I had similar experience as Brian O below. I called to check the estimation for re imaging my laptop and the details they have provided was vague and before asking next question they just hang up. I am not going to these guys and I dont recommend these guys as per my initial experience.
