DO NOT BUY from this dealership. They were nice until we had a problem. The second time we took out the truck the check engine light came on. The mechanic said they would have had to have seen and known about the problems before they sold us the truck. We have to replace the catalytic converter, an exhaust leak, a gasket, leaking oil pan, transmission pan and some problem with the coolant. When we called C.J's to see what they would do they were rude and of course not willing to repair anything. Plus they did not even fill the truck up with gas after we purchased it. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst car buying experience I have had.

It is unfortunate to hear such comment, but here are the facts: 1. He understood and signed statement stating he bought it AS IS 2. He was offered an extended service contract but he flatly declined it. 3. He understood and signed statement stating he is will to bear the cost of correcting any defect that might be on the truck. 4. He understood and signed statement stating he had checked the truck completely and thoroughly to his satisfaction. 5. He came to the dealership several times over several days to examined the truck until he is fully satisfy without any pressure from us. 6. He even got his attorney tried to extort money from us , threating to do harm to us unless we pay. Police report with Midvale Police Dept has also been filed. Further complaints will be also filed to the right authorities and we will pursue this case to the fullest extend of the law. We have done exactly what they wanted us to do without any pressure in a transparent manner. His lack of accountability of what he agreed upon and his entitlement mentality are just beyond normal rational thinking human being. We will continue selling cars without any pressure and in transparent manner. We will always follow the laws. We have grown to 2 car dealerships in less than 2 years. We thank you for all the customers who have supported us.
Bought an amazing car through them! Not only were they super friendly, and professional, they were also very trustworthy, and did not put any pressure on me whatsoever. They want you to be happy with your purchase, and find the right car for you! I would recommend this dealership to any one that is looking for a superb card for a great price!

Bought a truck at Cjs last week and I was amazed how fast the deal was done. I didn't have a perfect credit, but Chase got me done in a flash. Everything was done very smoothly and I was approved in 10 minutes. I didn't think I would get approved. I read some of the reviews on this page, and I actually amazed that everything said are true. No pressure at all and how easy it is to buy truck from this dealer. I was there no more than an hour and a half. Not 6 hours like I was at the other dealer and still didn't get my truck. Thanks Chase, Leo and everybody there who help me to get truck.
Car salesman with no pressure???? Cj definitely gave us no pressure. We came back to the dealership 3 times before we bought. Leo was very funny with his jokes, Chase was very friendly and Austin was very helpful. They made me feel like as if we were at home. Thank you and they are well deserved the 5 stars.
Easy....easy....easy...way to buy a car. I feel like I am visiting my friend when I got there. There is no "shark" mentality at all at this dealership. It is very refreshing. Chase did all my paper works and he was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely come back when my daughter need a car. 5 stars is understatement for the service I got from this dealership. It should be 10 stars.
My experience for buying a used vehicle was unsettling. The experience I had with this company was not only amazing, it felt like dealing with family. I had no pressure, a lot of help and only wonderful people to work with. No pressure and a great deal of information and support. I have never commented on line about a business and after my personal experience, I would like to thank each and every person I had contact with !!!!! POSITIVE and NO PRESSURE EXPERIENCE. Nice people to deal with, no pressure. Actually I have bought a few cars in my life, and have never been to a car dealership that I haven't been pressured except at Cj's. Keep up the good works and thanks for the new car. Brock deserves a bonus.
