Our technician this morning was Mario Pham. He was polite and courteous. He arrived as promised and asked more than once if I had any concerns or question about the services he performed this morning. My only suggestion would be i think it would helpful if we had the same dedicated service representative for each service appointment.

My technician Mario Pham was great. Not only was he professional, clean cut, he had a good sense of humor, we are always messing around in our office and he fit right in with us and was professional the whole time. He asked what our problem areas were and he was right on target and took care of our problems. Bulwark you should be

proud to have him representing your company.

My home was serviced by Mario Pham.. He arrived on time, notified me that the was here and asked if I had any issues or concerns. I told him about the slug (yuk) problem and he knew right away how to fix it.

They have great technicians who listen to your issues and try their best to resolve them. If you have issues after their visit simply call and they will gladly come back out to treat a particular area free of charge. My technician Mario Pham took the time to find out my specific needs and took care of it just as I had specified. The ladies and gentlemen who work the phones are extremely flexible when working with your schedule.

The Bulwark technician just left our home. He was very polite answered all of my questions. The company actually called Fri of last week to let me know they would be there Tuesday. He did everything I asked him to do and was someone that I didn't mind having in my home.
