This was the first time I had service from Bulwark Exterminating and I will have to say they know the business and take the time to explain the process and the areas they target. Marcello arrived as expected and even identified the critters I was up against. Marcello went above and beyond what any other tech had done in the. Great work Marcello. I feel the service was thorough and professional from start to finish.

I would like to pay compliment to one of your best service techs,DAVID WOOLLEN! He has provided me with above & beyond service for my pest control these last few months. He is timely,polite, & very efficient in taking care of my pest control needs. Please make note that in January of 2016 I was unable to place a review for DAVID WOOLLEN, due to being in the hospital & no internet service @ home while recovering. Bulwark Exterminating is the best. My technician, David Woollen is very knowledgeable and professional. He took care of our ant problem and advised me on what to get for snakes. I'm very happy with the service and I plan on using them for as long as I need pest control.

On 3/3/2016 Richard Lafrate came in at 13938 Ervin Cook Rd. Huntersville, NC. We had beetle problems. He serviced the house and did an excellent job. He cleaned out the wall outlets including one that was infested. Thank you for a great job!

Our house became over run with small ants. We contacted Bulwark and a technichian came out the nexy day. Our technician David Woollen was excellent. He treated our yard and put out baits for the ants. He followed up the next 3 weeks with us. Our Ant colonies kept moving but David was diligent and now we only have dead ants. Thank you David

I have been with Bulwark since building my house last spring. I was not happy with the company that the builder had chosen to treat and service my house. I called Bulwark to come out because I was being overrun with spiders even though the builder's choice "said" they had treated prior to my closing. Bulwark worked with my schedule and treated the inside and outside. They got rid of all of them and have come out on a regular schedule and keep my new home bug free. The last service call could not be completed because of the extreme cold but Marcello did what he could and gave me his personal cell number to call him the next week when it was suppose to be warmer and he would return on my schedule to finish. He returned as promised and completed the treatment and left me a note he had been back and if there were any problems to call him. He was dedicated to completing what he promised and left his card that showed he had been there. He took pride in his work.
