Excellent customer service and work! Was recommended A-Tech through a friend. Every time I called, Brad picked up right away. His lead tech Jarod was always on time and did great work as did all Brad's techs. Best price and offered more equipment than 4 other quotes for full furnace replacement.

Great, friendly and quick service from Gary at A-tech. Took him seconds to diagnose and two minutes to replace the capacitor. A-tech was able to squeeze us in in between two other calls in the neighborhood after we found out our A/C unit stopped working. After reading a few Yelp reviews we decided to call A-tech because they were too rated. Brad was great taking the service call and told us that Gary was going to be there between 3-5pm - he arrived at 4pm (we called around 2pm) - amazing job!!! We definitely start using A-tech for our tune ups and any (hopefully none soon) repairs. A-Tech is a family owned company which we love to support.

5 stars from beginning to end. Brad was super polite and efficient getting me a same day appointment within hours of my call because he had a tech nearby. They stayed in contact with me via texts. I got a text when my tech Gary was on his way. He was right in the middle of my scheduled 2 hour window. He was polite and efficient and friendly. He diagnosed the issue within seconds and had it fixed in a few minutes at the most. Based on this service, I highly recommend this company. They are family owned and I definitely love supporting that. Will be scheduling the twice a year tune-up with them soon

My furnace stopped working, so I contacted my home warrant program. A tech responded and said the system was too old and no parts to fix it. The written diagnostic sheet said ""gas valve shroud"" was broken. They provided an estimate to replace everything, $8,900.00. When I told them I was going to seek a second option they became nervous. I was referred to Jared from a friend. I contacted Jared, he came to the house looked at my system, since he had never heard of a gas valve shroud?. Jared advised the system seemed fine but was old, 25 years, I might consider an upgrade to a new system. I asked for a quote, for the same system as the competitor, full install, new system, $7,625.00. Jared, referred me to Brad for finalization. The new system was installed in a day with everyone being friendly and concerned with making a happy customer. They were honest, sincere, arrived on time, usually before time, had the work completed and answered every question I had about every step of the job. Great to work with and I would recommend them to my mother without any hesitation! I know they would treat her and everyone else fairly.Thank you!!! A-Tech

I had A-Tech company come over to my home for two different occasions. They were on time and very professional. They made sure that we were happy with their work and did great jobs. I would definitely recommend this company and I would call them first if we needed!

Last night in the middle of the night the air conditioner that cools the bedrooms in my house quit working. Well July in Las Vegas is ridiculous and it's pretty much impossible to sleep when it is hot. This morning I was reviewing different companies to call and came across a Tech heating and cooling. All of their reviews were favorable so I gave them a call. Kevin arrived earlier than expected approximately 2 hours and could not have been more pleasant. He showed me what he was doing and the possibilities of the repair while he was engaged in the service call. It turned out to be a bad capacitor thankfully and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Kevin was professional friendly and very well versed in AC repair. I would recommend them anytime.

I called A-Tech Heating and Cooling based on all the great reviews in the morning and our tech arrived in the afternoon. Our tech Kevin was very nice and professional. He was meticulous in taking apart our unit. He found the problem and changed out a part that was wrong and also cleaned our unit too. This is the only company we will use for our air conditioning units. After messing around with other companies more interested in our checkbook than our systems we found an honest company that knows what they are doing. We had 2 new systems installed about 15 years ago and they never seemed to work right. Brad was able to tell us the main unit hadn't been correctly installed. They corrected the problem and added Freon to both units. I was really nervous about the cost but low and behold it was better than I could ever have imagined. This was several years ago and we use them every spring to check and do any maintenance required. Look no further if you want an honest company that is affordable. I'm going to call you in a couple weeks for routine maintenance. Thank you for being in business here in Las Vegas.

This is the number one company in Nevada for service I mean use them for a long time and they are great specially Brad and Jared.

The BEST AC company by far!!!! If your looking for an honest & professional company this is who to call. I called 2 other companies who couldn't get the job done when needed. A-Tech replaced my AC unit and I could not have had a better experience! Everything was done in one day & all my questions answered. Very fair price, will be recommending A-Tech to all I know!!
