The Cooling Company was prompt to return my call and schedule an appointment with me to clean my laundry duct because my laundry machine took a long time to dry my cloths. During my appointment with Technician Danielo, he investigated the situation and learned that the laundry ducts door wasn’t opening due to the concrete surrounding the duct door outside the house. He helped resolved the situation by removing the concrete. I am extremely happy with their service and would utilize them again in the future.
We were having issues with the air conditioner and called The Cooling Company. Made the appointment the same day and the technician was very professional and fixed the problem. We will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you so much!!
This company responded to my home to repair my AC unit within 2 hrs of calling. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend them any time.
I called the cooling company to install our new Ecobee3 thermostat. They were able to fit us in same day, in fact were able to do it earlier which was great. The technician Landon was quick and great to work with. We have an older house so he had his work cut out for him, but was able to get it installed quickly and cleanly. He was very professional. What really struck me was how reasonable the price of installation was. I honestly expected it to be twice what we paid. He made an effort to give us the best deal possible. I plan on using this company for all of my future HVAC needs and will definitely be requesting Landon as our technician. I highly recommend all around.
Great service Jorge and Johnny were professional, personable, quick knowledgeable and well groomed. Getting an apprasial and appointment was easy and within the same week as my initial call. The Cooling Company will be my go-to plumbing and heat/air company from now on.
The Cooling Company installed a new unit 2 years ago and did a phenomenal job. Had an issue this week because of all the humidity we've had, we had a leak :( Crawled up in the attic and discovered the unit was tilted causing water to seep out on the bathroom ceiling. Called them after hours and had a live person answer... explained the situation and they scheduled a tech for today. The tech arrived on time and it was the same tech that was out originally on my call 2 years ago. Ray remembered me!! He said he had wondered if everything was going all right with us and remembered our business too... how often does that happen with someone that only visits you once?!! He fixed the issue for us within an hour and made sure everything was flowing correctly for us.
I don't normally write reviews... but in the case of The Cooling Company, I'm more than happy to write about the EXCELLENT service and products they provide. Thank you Cooling Company... you've earned my respect!!

Came home the other day to find my A/C not working. The Cooling Company was able to come out that same day to figure it out. Luis came out and was very friendly and knowledgable. I was on my lunch break from work and he had it diagnosed in about 10-15 minutes. Luis showed me exactly what was wrong and the diagnostic steps he took to come to the conclusion of the failed control board. This really stood out to me as a sign of an honest contractor. I went ahead and authorized them to order the part and complete the repair. Luis came back the following day at a very convenient time and completed the repair. I am grateful for the reviews I found on The Cooling Company, their fast service, honest technicians and overall great experience I had when it can be stressful to find good contractors these days. I will definitely contact The Cooling Company for all my future needs and request Luis. A+++
As a real estate agent, I have used many different companies for my client's AC repairs and service. Well, I have finally found the best, The Cooling Company, who actually serviced my home. Technicians Landon and John arrived before the scheduled appointment time, were extremely professional (which included them wearing booties inside my home) and definitely knowledgeable. So, if you're looking for an honest and competitively priced company, you won't be disappointed. This is the only AC company I will recommend in the future.
