They did a repair on my car that wasn't the main issue when they knew that repairing that would not fix It

Last year I spent well over $2000 in car repairs at this shop and so far I have had to have all the work they did fixed by another mechanic. This shop kept both of my vehicles weeks at a time to fix and the work was still not completed correctly.

the customer service was top level here! They were constantly in touch with me and even the tow truck got my car picked up fast!

I always thought that edwards only did transmission work but when my buddy told me that they do all sorts of work I decided to give them a call. I actually needed a wheelbearing and jay was more than happy to help me with it. They gave me a ride to work and had the wheel bearing replaced by lunch time so my friend could bring me over to pick up my vehicle.

I really appreciated how friendly and professional Jay was. It turned out that I needed a service and even though I couldn't afford it at that time Jay gave me a discount card for future use so I will be going back and getting that done. It really made me happy that he was so friendly regardless if I decided to get my work done there or not, that's different than most places you go these days.

hey jay my family and i really want to say thank you for all the hard work and extra time you and your guys put into our vehicle. we really wren't sure that we could afford to get our car fixed but you went the extra mile and found us a used transmission when we found out that we couldn't afford to have ours rebuilt. the car is running great and i can't stress enough how much you and your guys have helped out our family. thanks again jay!!!!!

It was a little slow because they had to order some parts from the mercedes dealer but the quality of the work was great and they even discounted the price for having the delay. They admit they aren't perfect but they take care of the customer when something goes wrong.

I would just like to say that the guys at edwards were amazing. To be honest I didn't even know that edwards did more than just transmissions but boy was I wrong! Not only did they take care of EVERYTHING that was wrong with my car, they did it faster than other shops I have been to in the past. jay made sure that i was comfortable with the amount that the repairs would cost and he even went out of his way to find several different parts companies to get me the best price that he could. my car was fixed within just a few short hours and i haven't had an issue since then. I will be bringing my car back again and again and again until I sell it and then I'll be bringing my new car to jay!!! all i can say is take your car to jay he will make it right!

I really appreciate all the hard work that jay and the guys at edwards did for my car. The pricing at edwards was competitive if not lower than the other places who I won't mention :), I was given a ride home, kept in contact about everything that was happening to my car and then when it came to the bill Jay even worked with me because it was a little more than I could spend (even though it was lower than the other places lol!) The car rides like a dream now and I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier with the results, thanks jay and the guys at Edwards!!!!!!!
