I am so pleased with the service and quality. I noticed a hole in my roof when I went up to my attic to do some electrical work which halted me in my tracks. I rarely go in my attic so it was a shock to see. I called Avalon and was able to schedule an appointment quickly for the same day. David arrived on time and was extremely friendly. He went right to our roof to take measurements and crawled up in our attic to access the damage. He explained everything from the shingle Avalon would use to how they would go about repairing my roof to assure me that I would no longer have to worry. The way David handled himself gave me confidence to trust him. A couple of days passed and I got the phone call that my roof was going to be put on the next day. The crew that arrived early in the morning were extremely professional. The crew leader was very good. He did everything I asked him and keep his crew moving. They were very careful to pick up everything they brought or removed. A guy was even sent to my home after the fact to do a final walk around to make sure everything was done correctly and I was satisfied.

I called a handful of companies and Avalon was the only one to answer. I had some ice buildup on the eaves. So Jeremy said we didn't have enough insulation or baffles in our home. The crew came out at about 9am, they were very thorough and only took a half hour lunch break. I was surprised at how quickly they got done and how much they cleaned up.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with! They did not contact me unless I reached out to them first! Took them almost a week to even get me a quote. Then the quote wouldn't even qualify with my insurance because it was not detail in any way. They made me feel like I was less important because I was a small repair job and not a big money project. I wanted to cancel my contract with them because of how they were treating me, so they said that a Sales Manager would be coming to my house to speak with me about it all. Never showed up, so I called them to see if I could reschedule because I have plans for the day. I was able to reschedule and again, no one showed up! I called and went to their office to get this taken care of and they blamed it all on me! Said they tried calling and I didn't answer or return their call, but they didn't even leave a message for me to call them back! I had to pay a ridiculous $250 charge because they put a tarp on my roof... A TARP! Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with them again!

I highly recommend Avalon...They put a roof on that was an old roof...They completed in two days...They are well organized...It was Seve crew!! Thank you very much!!!

Avalon came out to quote a roof repair. My roof was only three years old when it leaked. Avalon was the only roofing company that would come out to quote and repair my roof. Other companies were "leary" of doing the work. They were reasonable in price, prompt and fixed my problem.

They were prepared, and was gentle with my house, people working all the time and before 11 am they started on laying the roof. Thanks for all the great work they did!
