This Doctor is beyond terrible !!!!! Rude , dismissive and misdiagnosed me !!!!! I was having a severe issue and could care less about me !
He makes you feel stupid and crazy ! I do not know how this man is in the medical field ! He's a quack !!!!

Beware! My worst experience with a neurologist ever Dr. Alan Birnbaum ,I have a chronic migranes my insurance sent me to Dr .Birnbaum for a evaluation an referral well he was very rude and unprofessional the whole time and he conclude that I don't have migranes and all my headaches are for overuse the migranes meds and I need to quit the medications cold turkey and be in pain and if this's not working I need to comeback for a medication really????

Do NOT go see Dr. Chang He does not fully get down to the bottom of your problem. My first visit he was to request my patient files from My physician which he never did. Second visit he was very unprepared, and I was told to YOUTUBE a video and watch it. My advice, find another GI Dr. don't wast your time with Chang!
